It was stressful from the start. I had met with name removed the father . He is the one that gave me the price of $1500 , but he did not come to the job. The grandfather and grandson were at my house . I let them start while I was at the dentist. Kept I. Communication as to when I would be there. When I arrived the grandson said to me after trying to explain mortar to me that there was much more work and I knew that. I said the quote was for $1500 . Why would you do more work. He then quoted me a price of 17,500. To do the work. Then negotiated down to 7500. Which I thought I could do . I made some call and could not called (Name removed) . Because that is the only number I had. He said grandson was on way back. He came back a berated me for canceling the job after he went out and got the bricks. He did not pick up the bricks. Supposedly he ordered the bricks to finish up $1500 worth of work later that night I came up with another $1500 because they were supposed to be finishing up the next morning, and the grandfather said that he would do the work. I told him that I went to try and get a homeowners loan and if I get it then we can do war work but right now I had $3000 to do work grinding out they would do some concreting and every time I turned around they were doing more grinding by Friday. I said OK we re gonna be concreting everything up and get to point and he s like no we re gonna leave. Our tools. Will come back on Tuesday. I said no you finished $3000 I don t know when it will come through. I cannot have you do work. I am not signing the contract that you gave me. I am not committing to $15,000 worth of work. Then he got all in a huff and said we are way past $3000 and I said again I had $3000 and I had no more until homeowners loan was approved. Cannot leave me with literally open space from one alley into the garage. They knocked out bricks and literally left a hole in the wall they repaired some of that not all of it. They filled in some mortar, not all of it so I have, two Alley sides of my house and a garage with ground out bricks and no mortar and it looks like some of the mortar that they did already shrunk up and is falling out.

This company came out to repair a flower box that was separating from the wall it was attached to, fix some crumbling steps and clean the brick. It turned into a French drain and LOTS of money. They did not do any of the jobs satisfactorily and cut the wires to out outdoor landscape lights. Daniel Muldoon said he would cover the cost of the damage to our property and look at the unprofessional job that was done everywhere else. He never called or came out and none of the phone numbers for the business are being answered. Do not use this company!

Everlast homes was amazing. They were reasonable pricing the job. They were very honest about what was needed and what wasn't needed. I would hire them again.

Well, what was supposed to be a french drain was not! Everlast came in showed me the problem and cleaned up and gave me a professional finish. Just have to wait for the grass to do its thing!

I had an interior leak during heavy rain that was being caused by issues with my exterior brick. Everlast came to my house within 4 hours of my initial call while other companies could not come for 7-10 days. Not only did Everlast come immediately, they had a team of people ready to fix my issue the next day. Without Everlast, I would surely have had multiple days with water damage. If you are looking for timely, efficient work at a great price, Everlast is the only call to make.

The team worked efficiently, neatly and thoroughly to restore a damp moldy basment and repair our outdoor steps We were very pleased with all the team did for us.
