I had an emergency situation where my pump failed and I had to pull the plug and have NO sump pump at all. Rain was in the forecast and the ground was already saturated. Bob answered the call and I sent him a few pictures documenting my current situation. Bob squeezed me in first thing in the morning before his scheduled jobs for the day. He was pleasant, patient snd efficient. The new pump was installed with no issues and got me through the impending storm. I look forward to working with him again.
