Description of Work: The initial contact was rapid but there was a problem with future contact. The rep had a family crisis so phone calls and set up of app't. was a protracted situation. Once we settled a date they came as set up and basically on time. However there was a mix-up in the work order so they had to come back the next day to re-pave the drive. The work looks okay and it is guaranteed for a year. I could let you know a year from know as to how it holds up. I may use them in the future for the sealer. The price was fair and a little less than others. I am still waiting to hear from B and C. I am not a high marker in any survey.

Description of Work: They were a no show for an appointment to get an estimate for a driveway expansion. I called to find out if anyone was coming after waiting 20 minutes past our appointment time. Its now two days later and I still have not heard anything. I will not recommend this contractor.

+ -1 moreAmerican removed the broken areas of asphalt in my driveway and resurfaced a 70' x 14' area. They were there promptly at 8:00am the morning of the job. The job was finished that day. They also sealed a 30' x 14' section off the main driveway. The job was finished off very cleanly. I found American through the value pack coupon mailer. They also honored the discount given on work over $1500.00. That helped me with the extra for the sealing.

+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job. The price was reasonable. They were very punctual. They came out and gave us an estimate right away. They started the work right away. They came when they say they are going to come. This morning, they were here bright and early. They were very clean. They tore up the concrete patio we had in the back. They removed all the debris and replaced it. They filled the black cap after that. They also replaced two concrete blocks in front of the house. They did a great job and the person I dealt with was excellent. I think the owner came out too just check out what they were doing and look at the progress of the work. He was very good and he made sure that the job was being done right.
Description of Work: American Paving Contractor Inc. did a concrete work and sealed our asphalt driveway and replaced a concrete patio in our backyard.
