The crew that worked for me was impeccable, professional and punctual. They completed the work in one day flawlessly. I highly recommend.

The estimate was competitive and broken down so that I could see the cost of the project in it's entirety as well as in stages to best help me figure out how to proceed and stay within my budget. Unfortunately I was unable to go ahead with the project when identified funds were needed elsewhere. So the project is on hold at this time. Wayne was very understanding and tried to help me figure out a way to proceed. He was most thoughtful and kind.

Great contractor to work with. Friendly, professional, shows up on time, always returns your calls, and performs quality work. I would definitely use Wayne/Affordable Weavers again in the future.

I needed to have some interior painting done on a specific date. Wayne was able to arrange this without a problem. The crew who did the painting was very professional, polite and clean. They were fast and finished the job earlier than I expected. I will definitely use Affordable Weaver again and not hesitate to highly recommend them.

We chose Affordable Weaver Painting to paint the entire interior of our 3 BR,1 1/2 bath townhome including LR, DR, FR, kitchen, loft, 2 story foyer, all ceilings, woodwork & doors. We upgraded to Sherwin Williams Duration for walls and woodwork. Only $1,00 deposit for paint & materials was required, with balance due upon completion. Weaver Painting connected me with a Sherwin Williams Color consultant who helped select the soft colors for the neutral look we wanted. A team of 5 painters started on Feb. 26th. The team leader explained the plan for each work area & what to expect each day. All the workers were extraordinarily respectful of our home and privacy. Work areas were always cleaned up at the end of the day. The team leader was very organized. He made sure each area was being done exactly as we wanted. The job was completed on March 1st. Only when the team leader confirmed we were completely satisfied, we spoke with Weaver Painting and paid the balance. Our home looks beautiful! We highly recommend Weaver Painting.

I highly recommend him. I called and within 2 hours the owner of the company called me back personally to set the appointment for the estimate, he was at my home the next day, walked around to what I needed done, provided a written estimate on the spot, followed up the next day with a phone call and we were really happy with the estimate, so we gave him the job. I would say that within the week, he was at our home painting and we were completely happy with the job. It was a 3-day job and exceeded our expectation and he kept following-up to make sure we are happy even after the job was complete. Actually, I was not happy with one of the colors we picked in my garage and he came back to repaint it, and that was my fault but he came back and took care of it.

Written contract called for prep, priming and quality paint(Sherwin Williams)... no priming,no quality paint not Sherwin Williams,,painted hinges(now need to 'replace. 10 sets of cabinet hinges... paint is now peeling everywhere. He did refund me for kitchen..however between fixing and repairing errors..I I'm out. $$$$$$$He was responsive to my concerns...begged me no bad reviews...I tried...I have weeks ahead fixing crappie work. Sad...Sad...I had a lot more work..he screwed up. His loss..

They cleaned up after themselves very well. Would recommend to anyone

I was scheduled for a 11:00 am appointment. I called at 11:50, because I hadn't heard otherwise. He showed up at 12:15, gave me an estimate of $1,650 to paint one living room with 10 ft. ceilings, square room. He said he needed 5 men to complete the room in one day and this estimate is very overpriced. He stated that they are professional painters and don't get paint on belongings, ect. However, the room has no furniture in it. All they had to worry about was the floor.

The estimate was comparable to or less than 3 other bids and ended up being accurate; all time commitments were kept, with the exception of weather-caused delay, and the paint and other materials were of high quality. I was introduced to the three-person crew, who showed up on time each day, worked efficiently, were courteous, neat and quiet. Wayne Weaver provides estimates on-site at the time of his visits. At the time a contract is signed, he requests only payment for estimated costs of materials until all work is completed to the customer's satisfaction. We were pleased with the exterior project, so we engaged Weaver to complete some interior work which had been left unfinished by a prior remodeling contractor. This work also was done efficiently and well at a reasonable cost. In my dealings with Wayne Weaver I have found him to be prompt in returning calls or text messages, or in coming to check or discuss the work. He also has been professional and pleasant in all our interactions, and patient with my occasional need to re-schedule at the last minute. I am impressed with his management of the schedule and work of his 10 or so painters, and the fact that he doesn't spread himself too thin by also do the painting work--he manages the work and keeps the customers satisfied. We plan to use Affordable Weaver for some additional work in the near future, and I recommend them highly! Thanks to Angie's list, where I found this great resource!

They were very prompt, coming to the home to give an estimate within a week and scheduling the service for the next week. Three painters were used to do the stairwells in a 3 story town home, much of which was a 2 story height. The work was very well done! They were friendly yet professional and kept the area spotless. I would definitely use them again!

They painted our 2 story foyer and 3 closets. Responsive. Timely. Professional. Neat. Reasonably priced. Fast. We will use Wayne and his team again.

Great company. Original stucco on the house was sun bleached. Wayne did a walk around and gave an honest estimate to paint the stucco and wood trim in contrasting colors. He also gave an honest timeframe of when the work would start. He was true to his word and started a few days early. His guys were finshed in a few days. They also did did minor wood trim replacement/repair as needed. Given the size of the job, his price was fair. Because he contacted me with updates before, during, and after job, his price was excellent.

It went fabulously. We are complimented about the aesthetic appearance and detail of the paint job. My husband was hands-on and very present during the job, which we believe helped it go as well as it did.

Price matched or beat other estimates. Quality paint was used. Wayne and all staff were polite and professional. Work was done quickly (2 days). Some issues with communication between Wayne and the crew. Some issues with matching the existing exterior with new paint color, although the result was good. All issues were addressed readily.

We called them because our previous painter had walked out on the job. Their price was high, but they did amazing work. Furthermore, they came within a couple of days of our call, cleaned up after themselves, and were very professional. In fact, they were probably the best painters that I've used.

The guys were great. Contained the mess--you could barely tell they had been there which is a big PLUS. Guys that painted were great and very respectful of my house. Wayne was nice and all of the guys were just a pleasure to work with. Definitely aimed to please and did not give us a hard time about anything! They even came back on a saturday to touch up a few spots that I didn't like the look of near my outlets.

Working with Affordable Weaver was a great experience. Their price was competitive. Wayne was very responsive in communications and able to visit and complete the estimate quickly. The three-man crew was a great bunch of guys who were good at their job and very generous when it came to making sure every little detail was done well and the way I imagined it.

Wayne's team did an excellent job painting every room in our house, along with our trim and doors. Affordable Weaver's gave us the lowest estimate to paint our entire interior, out of the three contractors we spoke with: $2,800 for the work and $500 for the Sherwin Williams high-quality paint. We also owed no more than the initial estimate. Quite extensive work went into repainting our bathrooms which had peeling wallpaper walls that had been painted over by the previous owner. After the first day, we realized that we didn't like one the color we had initially chosen for our home office. It hadn't gone up on the walls yet, so we just had to buy new paint to replace it and it was no problem, no extra cost. The work took a total of three full days. The painters (Basil and Louis) left the house very clean and did meticulous work. I would definitely recommend Wayne Weaver for any one needing a paint job!

I had let this project go TOO long, so there was a lot of peeling paint and bare wood. Mr. Weaver responded promptly, and gave a fair bid. Martin, his crew leader, made sure things were professionally done. Grounds and roof were covered, and everything was thoroughly cleaned up. I added extra work, and they accommodated that without any problem. .What I really appreciate is Martin's attention to detail. He caulked any seams, repaired any missing wood and loose trim. He also repaired foundation cracks and filled in a gap between the house and side steps. They use quality paints, primed and two top coats. Very satisfied customer, and will have them back in the Spring to do the garage!

Mr Weaver came to the house at the scheduled time and wrote out an estimate. This was comparable to other estimates I had received. The three painters were very punctual. I was given a time of 7:30 AM and my doorbell rang precisely at that time. They had accomodated my time to do the job on a Saturday, when I would be home. They were professional, efficient (finished the job much quicker than I had anticipated) and cleaned everything up when finished. I am very pleased with the work..

The owner was extremely professional and we liked him right off the bat...If we could be sure that he would be the one managing the job being done we would probably rehire them... Unfortunately the 2 man team that did come out were not so professional...the team lead did a lot of bragging about what a great painter he was and what a good job previous home owners thought he did... I found that he did not follow through with instructions and one of the first things he did was borrow extension cord... We had a 7 gals of contractor sheet rock primer that we wanted used as a base in the basement, then we wanted them to use 3 gals of Valspar (yellow) as the base cote - we asked them what type of paint they wanted us to get for the top coat and bought 3 gals of Behr Premium Plus (matching the yellow) as directed... During the time they were doing the job I would go in and inspect the job and I noticed there were drips of yellow running down the wall which had dried...the lead tried to blame that on my husband and the way he put the first coat of primer on...to me it didn't matter who or how the drips got there we had hired professionals to fix the walls and they were going to walk away from the mess...it upset me to say the least...I asked them to fix it which they did for the most part... I should note also that the first day the lead painter had paint covering most his body...how he got so much paint on himself is beyond me...the other painter did not... When they moved up to the bedrooms they were neater with splatters of paint but we question whether or not they painted the second bedroom ceiling because it still had spots of green from the previous paint job on it and where they touched up it was a different ceiling white... The walls of the bedrooms were for the most part ok but I did find some areas where they touched the moldings and ceiling with wall paints...but they touched up when asked... Then I opened the closets...now you should note that I went and bought a gal of Behr Premium Plus white for the closets (there are 2 average closets)...they were suppose to use the primer first on the closets then the paint...but when I checked the closets you could see the previous color through the paint job...and in some areas they skipped all together...I had to ask them go back and again the lead blamed it on his assistant...but he did redo but I had to buy more paint because it was gone...a whole gal! The last day the lead came alone...to touch up and do the cellar stairs...he brought a short ladder (no way he could reach the ceiling over the stairs) so my husband loaned him his adjustable...he missed spots and even though he taped drop cloths over the carpet he got paint on the carpet and did not clean it up...we are scraping paint off of carpet and hardwood... The owner stopped in to check on the work and collect payment and I went over the issues with him...He was quite surprised with the problems but agreed that I should not have had to babysit a professional painting team...He noted each of the areas that were an issue and took his team lead through to show him the issues as well...he offered to have him stay and fix them but I just wanted the experience over so he gave us a discount on our price and offered to have someone else come back and fix the problems...He apologized profusely and noted this was a rare occurrence. I could tell he very embarrassed and like I said earlier if the owner was the team lead I would probably rehire...

Arrived promptly to give estimate. Very polite and informed us exactly what would be done. Only needed money for paint. Paid when job is completed. After we paid we discovered a small area that had to be done over. Notified Wayne Basil his painter returned the following day and retouched area. Pleasure to deal with. Thank you
