Affordable Weaver Painting

Jose and his team were just fantastic! We were so happy with the work that they did. Just a beautiful job, quite workers, always on time, and went beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was patched. They were very hard workers and got the job done in record time! I would highly recommend them!

Mr. Weaver was very communicative and kept us up-to-date on timing and progress. There was one day they couldn't paint because of rain, so the work concluded one day later than originally expected. There was a slight misunderstanding about whether the shutters were included in the price, but we were able to resolve easily.

There was a mess up with the payment and they were very flexible in allowing me time to correct it. Most positive contractor experience I've had in 10 years.

The owner, Wayne Weaver, quoted us last winter when we originally bought our new home, a turn of the century 5-bed Bella Vista townhome. We also had a quote from another painter listed on Angies List with an A and with a ton of great reviews. Affordable Weaver's quote was significantly less than this other company. Fast foward to this summer. We had to put off moving into the new home due to working with architects to plan renovations, etc and due to the birth of a new baby. When we finally got around to getting the painting done, it was the busy season. We are suddenly in a rush to move in and I call that first company. They want to raise our rates significantly and can't fit us in their schedule for another few months. Although the representative I spoke with was courteous, their rates and time frame just didn't work for us. I called Wayne and not only did he honor his previous pricing, he also fit us in on rain days with his exterior crew so that we could make our move in date. We met with Donna from Sherwin-Williams to choose colors (she was fabulous and had so many great ideas for the color scheme that worked for us) and immediately on the next rain day the crew began painting our place. The team was on time, extremely courteous and helpful. Wayne would call me each night before they expected rain to let me know that they would be coming. We entrusted his team with a key to the home and let them go for it. The foreman was wonderful to work with and paid so much attention to detail. We used a lot of different colors which all looked pretty similar to each other, various shades of cream in a lot of cases, and they kept it all straight. We couldn't believe how much they got finished so quickly and how clean the house was each time after such a huge crew had been there during the day. Most of our house was painted within a total of 3-4 days of work, and everything was completed ahead of schedule. We have some original flooring I was worried about, but they did a fantastic job covering it, and wrapping the original bannister with plastic. No drips, beautiful finishing work, all the plaster cracks and unevenness gone. Best quality Sherman Williams paint, and fantastic for being in the middle of the city - affordable prices! Once we saw how their painting was improving our new home, and how it fit so nicely into our budget, we asked for more work to be quoted and finished. They are still ahead of schedule, even with the extra work completed! They even agreed to come back to do touchups after the flooring crew finishes next week. We will continue to rely on Affordable Weaver for all of our interior and exterior paint work in the future. I highly recommend them.

I had settlement on my new home earlier in the day and had a consultation with Derrick the same day. I was under a major time crunch because of other work that needed to be done and a soon approaching move date. The guys were with booked with other jobs but the owner said he would try his best to accommodate me. I had pretty much given up when I received a call from Wayne Saturday evening saying he had a crew to start Sunday morning at 7:30. I arrived at the home at 7:33 am and the guys were already there and unpacked. They were all very pleasant and despite the last minute arrangements and the early start, they graciously started the work day. I can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of the work performed.

After viewing several painting contractors on Angie's List, I decided to email Mr. Weaver based on his reviews. Mr. Weaver came to my home on June 12th and provided an estimate on the work I requested, and told me it would take 2 to 3 days to complete. We set the date for him to begin on July 24th, and he told me that I could select my paint colors at any Sherman Williams store. Mr. Weave contacted me on the 23rd, and said the painters would be here between 7:30am and 8:30am. They arrived at 7:40am. They immediately began covering everything in the living room - walls, furniture and floors, since they were only doing the ceiling. While one worked on the living room ceiling, the other two began work in the dining room. Everything was covered and or blocked off with plastic. The wall I thought would take them all day to strip the paper from, they had done in no time! When the living room ceiling was finished, the deck was power washed. All three worked thru the day, and cleaned up very nicely at the end of the day. I asked what time they would be back the next day. I was told 7:30am, and they were there before 7:35. The job was completed that 2nd day, and I was completely satisfied. The results were what I had hoped for. The workers were very professional, courteous, and respectful. I have other painting projects that need to be done, and I would certainly use Affordable Weaver again.

Wayne's team was professional, courteous, and treated our home with respect and care. They were extremely neat (including carefully protecting all surfaces and cleaning up spotlessly every day). The team were meticulous painters, not missing a detail. I am very happy with the final results, and would unhesitatingly recommend Affordable Weaver Painters.

This provider furnished an estimate to paint exterior stucco. After reviewing several estimates and carefully evaluating material and labor cost. This provided estimate was severely higher. This is a fair description based upon the actual material and labor involved. Labor $ 7200.00 Paint and materials $ 2500.00. Of the six estimates for this job. The prices started at $ 4000.00 to $ 10,000.00 dollars. To be fair the prices in the middle range $ 6000.00 to $ 7000.00 the superior paint and materials included.

Did not contract them to do work.

It was done professionally and fast. The painting was excellent. The workers were friendly and well trained.

It could not have gone better! Wayne's team arrived Monday morning & after covering everything with plastic, removed the wallpaper from the ceiling & moved so quickly, I was astounded. By Tuesday afternoon, all the interior painting was completed. On Wednesday, they had to finish the porch & the exterior part of the picture window. The porch was no easy job, as it had not been done in over a decade. In other words, it was a complete mess.

We got off to a bit of a rocky start in that they were to start on Sat the 23 for what would be a two day job. Wayne the owner, arrived but his crew went to the wrong address. Wayne was very upset and after numerous phone calls they never arrived. Wayne said he then fired them and promised someone would be here the next morning and would finish in one day. The crew of four that arrived the next day were on time, were very courteous, very professional, and a delight to have in my home. They completed the work quicker than I thought they would, starting at 7:30 and were finished by 2:30. They cleaned up everything and put all furniture back in place, and in fact moved heaver things , several times to get them exactly where they belonged. They couldn't have been nicer and the job was very well done. I have recommended them to a family member for future use and would certainly use them again if I needed painting done. I just can't say enough good things about them!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Affordable Weaver Painting. Wayne and his crews are spectacular- polite, clean, thorough, and affordable. My house looks 1000 times better with fresh paint. His crews are on time and very skilled. Wayne also helped me by scheduling some unanticipated work with virtually no notice in time for my open house. I wouldn't use anyone else in the area.

Our experience with Affordable Weaver Painting was great! I can?t say enough about how happy we are with the finished product. We bought a home that was in good structural shape, but was really worn down inside ? very dirty, broken doors, holes in the walls, etc. We decided to get every interior surface painted in the 3,100 sq ft home ? walls, ceilings, trim, baseboards, doors, built-ins, wainscoting, etc. ? a huge job. The finished product looks like a brand new house! Wayne came out to give us a quote before we closed on the property. He showed up on time and we immediately felt as ease with him. Out of three, his quote was in the middle, but he also worked with us on the price and amount of colors I could use. He was also very accommodating about the timeframe. We were moving in with two small children and needed to get other work done around the same time to get the kids settled in. He was great about scheduling it to fit our needs. In the end, we were willing to spend a little more money because of this, his company?s great reviews and how comfortable we felt with him. One of my favorite things about Wayne is that every time I called, he always answered the phone and happily answered any questions I had, which is rare when working with contractors. When the job began, the crew (lead by Miguel) showed up early every morning, but waited in their van until we told them to come in. They were very nice, respectful, clean, sweet to our kids and quiet. The put everything back when they moved it and reinstalled all the window treatments that they had to remove. They also asked us if we wanted small things painted like switch plates or closet bars. We felt totally comfortable with them in our home, even on the days we weren?t there. They also helped us with random things we needed help with (like moving a heavy box to the second floor I couldn?t help my husband with). The best part, they worked harder than any contractors I have ever worked with. These guys were good! When the job was quoted, we had them leave out all the interior closets and laundry closet, (13 total) but then decided as it started, we wanted them added. They still finished everything in six days (job was quoted 6-8 days). They were not only fast, but their work was beautiful. Every wall and accent wall was painted the correct color, all the cracks and holes were patched and the trim looks great. The wainscoting and built-ins look brand new. I can?t thank Wayne, Miguel and his wonderful crew enough for helping to make our new house a home. We will definitely recommend them to everyone and hire them again in the future.

We had a team of 3 amazing painters, led by Miguel. They were very punctual, extremely pleasant and did an amazing job painting the entire 2nd floor of a home we are renovating. We met with Derek Friday afternoon for an estimate and much to our extreme delight, we were able to have painters on the job the very next morning. The painters were amazing. Very polite, pleasant and very hard workers. We very much look forward to hiring them again for future work. I would HIGHLY recommend Miguel, who led his team of 3 expert painters. We could not be happier with the work that was done.

Wayne came out to do a quote the month earlier. He was an extremely nice guy and went into detailed on specific things that would need to be done. One of the bedrooms had wallpaper that was painted over and Wayne explained how whomever did it did not treat the walls first and that is why the walls looked so bad. I did feel kind of on the spot when asked if I wanted to pick a date for the painters to start and Wayne needed a $500 deposit. Wayne gave me a color palette to help the Mrs. And I pick out a color which turned out to be no easy task. The initial day the works was supposed to start had to be pushed back because one of their previous jobs had taken longer. Though it might have been inconvenient since I had already took off from work, it gave us some more time look for a paint color and me a few days off. Working with Wayne, we picked a new time table for the project. The painters arrived right on time to do the job, in fact they were early but waited outside to knock on the door till the right time. I do not remember the name of the head painter, who was the one in charge, but he was more then pleasant an extremely respectful and responsive if I had any questions. The job was finished in two days. The guys worked from about 7:30am till about 3:30 pm, which was not crazy earlier and not late at all which worked out well. After the job was complete we noticed the trim was a little off. I emailed Wayne and he responded the next day and the guys came back out the day later and changed things to the way we specifically wanted. Always very pleasant and happy to help. Overall the guys did a great job and were just pleasant to be around. I felt the price was a bit high to paint three rooms and closets at $2,500 but we didn't shop around to know one way or the other. In any case it was a good experience.

My experience with Affordable Weaver was exceptional. The quotation was presented in a clear, complete and professional manner. They performed the work exactly as promised. The painters were very respectful of my property. They cleaned up every day after work, always kept in touch during the process to see that I was satisfied. I will definitely use their services again.

It was AWESOME they did such a good job! They were prompt, courteous, and did an amazing job. The team was able and willing to work with our tight timeline and constraints as we were moving in and closing on the same weekend. I will recommend them to everyone!

Wayne came out almost immediately to provide an estimate. Though his quote wasn't the cheapest I received, I was impressed both by the reviews of prior customers, the company's credentials, and his overall professionalism. He worked with us to get our job done quickly (despite some uncontrollable weather delays) and the work was impeccable. I highly recommend affordable weaver for your painting needs.

They were good. They did a really nice job. They were efficient and quick. Our house is old and there were a couple of little spots and gaps and they filled them in nicely. They didn't even make a big deal about it or anything. They did a great job with the painting. There were a lot of colors involved and they blended them really well. They were very professional. The price was good.
