Backsplash was completed quickly and professionally, Ryan responded to calls and emails quickly. Minor issues were promptly corrected to our satisfaction, Ryan is a good guy who does a good job and wont leave you hanging.

Ryan did an awesome job power washing and staining our decks. The decks looks better than they have in years! He was very good with communicating during the virus shutdown and got back to work as soon as he could. I would absolutely hire him again. Thank you Ryan!

Painting of 3700 sf home was excellent with special attention to all the detail/ trim such as coffered ceiling, cove moulding and wainscoting. Courteous and attentive to my concerns. They also did an excellent job of repairing and refinishing our deck and patio.

Ryan had taken care of our deck several years ago, and impressed us so much, that when we needed our house painted, we reached out to him. Professional and thoughtful describes him. At end of each day is painting, he put everything back in order, so we would be comfortable. We have never had a painter make such an effort to accommodate our needs, while painting our rooms. Would recommend him highly to anyone wanting their house painted, with little disruption. Golden Milo is the best!!

I can't express how please I am with Ryan and his company. They pressure washed and seal a large upper and lower deck for me. Not only did they do an excellent job on the deck, but they also pressure washed half of my house that had mildew on it for no extra charge. Ryan is personable, honest and intelligent and just a fine young man. I would recommend Golden Milo to anyone. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to do the whole job(2 days)! I wish every contractor was this good. I just can't say enough good things about Ryan & his company. I almost forgot! The price was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes I had.

Cannot say enough about how pleased I am with Ryan and his work. He is the most conscientious , honest, hardworking, professional young man anyone could hope for. My house in Squirrel Hill is over 100 years old and made of stone. The coal dust from the steel mill days has turned the stone black. Ryan - who is also very environmentally aware, tried several mild solutions before zeroing in on the one that would best do the job without being too toxic. He did not charge me for the time that it took to come up with the right formula, but I insisted on paying him for every minute that he was on the job because I admired his work ethic so much. The selfish part of me does not want you know how good he is because he might be too busy to fit me in the next time I need him! But I have already booked him to pressure wash and seal 2 decks for me. Ryan is the best!!!

Didn't know my deck looked so bad until he made it look so good. Professional, quality, and so reasonably priced. Much cheaper than a new deck, which I ended up getting anyway! Recommend to everyone.
