Jeff came to our home and " diagnosed" the problem. Then it took several attempts to get him to return a text or call. Finally, he called, claimed he couldn't get the part from GE. He agreed to return part of the money we gave him, which was no way feat. We hired another repair person. He felt it was a different part, went to install it, and another part was missing! Jeff had taken it and had no intention of telling us! He did eventually return it and guess what!? He took a good part! Our new repair person installed that part and the new part he had us order and voila, our dishwasher is repaired! Jeff not only took our money but took a perfectly good part out of dishwasher with no intention of returning it until I contacted him several times. If I could put zero stars I would.

Jeff has done several jobs for me and was prompt and friendly and knew what he was doing. One time, he came out to fix our refrigerator, which only needed a new cord and plug, but I had just had a dishwasher delivered into the garage and asked if he would install it while he was there. I used a dolly and brought it into the kitchen. He removed the old one and took it out to the curb, and promptly installed the new one. He was friendly, professional, did a great job...and he was reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Jeff responded to my text promptly on a Sunday. He arrived on time on Monday morning and diagnosed and replaced the malfunctioning relay switch. His charges were fair. Will call him again.

Jeffrey Elliott (Owner) returned my initial call and said he could stop out in an hour to diagnose my washing machine. Three hours later he finally arrives... and spends less than an hour reading the same manual I could have read... only to tell me there isn't any way to really diagnose the washer. So, he recommends that we throw the most expensive electronic part on the washer and HOPE. He gives me part number(s) and tells me to call and order the part myself and go pick them up. Then tells me I need to pay a 'trip' charge and labor hour totaling $110... and that it would apply to the repair when I have the part. I called that day and ordered the part which was ordered on a Tuesday and came in on Thursday. I've called and texted several times (over two days) before finally just driving 30 minutes (to the parts place he recommended) to pickup the part myself. I ended up having to install the part myself... which did NOT fix the issue. I've now had to call back and order the second most expensive part on the washer.... WITHOUT ANY CONTACT BACK FROM JEFFREY! So, I'll be driving another 30 minutes tomorrow... and putting that part on myself as well. So, I should have just lit $110 on fire... it would have been a more enjoyable way to waste money!! He took my check... deposited it the same day... NEVER TO BE HEARD FROM AGAIN!! Stay away from this scam artist... lessoned learned.

Service Friendly, LLC is now my “forever” appliance repair service. It is comforting to know that, should I have a problem with another appliance, I will know exactly who to call and can do so with great confidence. Both Jeff (the owner) and his son are very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem in about two minutes, went to pick up the part, returned, and fixed the machine in less than 1/2 hour. The repair price was extremely fair and reasonable. On top of everything they were two of the most pleasant people I’ve had the pleasure to meet.

I was very pleased with the service. He and his son were able to come out the day I called. They had the part with them and fixed the oven in short order. He and his son were very nice and they got the job done at a reasonable price.

Jeff was highly astute, experienced and professional. He was a joy to chat with during the service call as well. He was able to, within minutes, have the washer disassembled and locate the issue. Before he arrived I had started to remove pieces which he reassembled for us as well. He txt'd before he was to arrive to verify that we were available too. I had reached out via email late one evening through his website and he responded the following morning and arrived that same afternoon. We've since called him again for a few other minor issues and he's always been prompt, a pleasure to chat with and fairly priced. He's always been able to solve our issues and explain why they happened and how to prevent them from happening in the future. He's very concerned with making sure you understand the service that he's performing and helping to educate you with his experience and knowledge. I would recommend Jeff and Service Friendly to anyone in a heartbeat. Since just moving to the area we were apprehensive about who to call but Angie's List helped us make the perfect decision. When he saw the problem he called his supplier and ordered the part. He said at that time it would be at the end of the week. He left a message Friday and said the part was in. I called back on Saturday and he came right out to finish the job. When he was done he explained the bill, which I was pleased with the price.

Jeff was able to diagnose and repair the issue I was having with my older double oven in under an hour. He was professional, friendly, and his rates are very reasonable. I'll be recommending him to family and friends.

I found their charges to be very reasonable compared to another company that I have used in the past. Their service charge was one third of of that company's. If needed, I will definitely use them again.

The service provided by Service Friendly was excellent. Jeff was able to quickly identify the issues and provide a temporary work around until parts were available for the repairs. The technicians were very efficient and did not leave you with a mess when the repairs were complete.
