+ -1 moreThe company was very easy to work with and Kevin (the owner) came and gave the estimates. He was friendly and professional. The office manager (Sharon) was always polite and very willing to answer any questions we had. The crew came on time, finished in a very reasonable amount of time and cleaned up very well when they were finished. As far as the B grade I gave on quality had nothing to do with the plumbing work. The new shower was made by the same company as the one removed but was not quit the quality of the old one. The toliet was an A. Like they say, "they just don't make things the way they used to." We were very happy with the finished work and would hire them again.
Description of Work: In March 2012 we hired a company to install an inside french drain and on the drawing on the estimate they said they could tunnel under a corner free standing shower but when the work was done, the workers said that they could not go under the shower. So since the shower was about 20 years old we asked, "if we had the shower taken out would they come back and finish the french drain." We then contacted about three plumbing companies about doing the work and work around the other installation. Kevin gave us a reasonable estimate for removing the old shower and would come and install a new shower. And after we thought about it we asked if he would replace the old toliet at the same time. They gave us an estimate for the removal of the old shower, the pick-up, delivery and installation of the new shower and an estimate for the toilet/with seat and installation and that was exactlly what we were billed. They were very accommodating about working around the other work and were neat and professional. We discovered that there were two screws that secure the handrail inside the shower missing along with the small shower curtain rod. We called and spoke with the office manager and she called back and said they would order the parts and have them installed as soon as they arrived and at our convenience. About a week later she called and said the parts were in and they could come the next morning and install them. They did just that and there was no hassle or additional charge.
