Fixed it right the first time, as opposed to other roofers who tried to patch it without solving the underlying problem.

Repairs to flat deck off one of the bedrooms. Gave a price and was told if new wood was needed underneath that it would be included in the price. This was my Mother's home and she passed away. So I also had a maintenance man working at the house. They did the roof didn't replace the wood and didn't remove the roughly 6 layers of previous coatings. The roof still leaked because of this. I called John he fought me on this and finally came out to see the roof, the previous layers not removed and the wood not replaced. My maintenance man was there to show him everything. My Maintenance man even took down the ceiling to show him the wood underneath. John Anderson now had his crew strip all the layers off replace the wood and put the new coating on. Now there is a Big Dip in the Roof going away from the drain, so 8 inches of water sits there because it can't go down the drain. I sent John Anderson a message and Picture of this on his cell phone and asked him to call me. He has not responded. C.D. Kaller, Inc. is currently in the process of repairing the Slates on the Slate Roof and said it all has to be taken down and redone with it being built up to slope toward drain rather than away from it. The roof on this house is slate. It is only the Decks off Bedrooms that are flat roofed decks. FYI John Anderson was a friend! I would never recommend him to anyone not even an enemy! I would attach a Picture but don't see a place to do that!
