Chris was awesome. He kept in touch and talk to us (includes my 7yr old). About what he was doing, what he saw and general conversation. Turns out there was some remits of mice in the crawl space, no evidence of larger animals or damage from the outside in. This was a great experience, I recommended DelVal to a co-worker.

Last week, I heard scratching and gnawing outside my 3 month old’s nursery window. “That can’t be good” was the first thing that came to my mind as I scrambled to find someone to take care of what I assumed was a squirrel. On a whim, I called DelVal. Chris (the owner) got back to me almost immediately and was at my house within 24 hours. He did a thorough assessment of the outside of my house and not only found where the squirrels came in (damaged soffit box), but also identified where the nest was and that the soffit box was incomplete at one end. He set some traps and checked back periodically to see what was going on. With the situation under control, he even repaired a couple panels of the soffit box so the squirrels can’t get back in. Chris is an absolute professional! Thorough, well priced, and committed to getting the job done. Never thought I’d say this but I have a squirrel guy. THANK YOU CHRIS!

Chris was very good. He also was very pleasant. He hung in there with us until we figured out exactly where those squirrels were coming from. In the beginning we were a little challenged because we live next door to a landlord that doesn’t work along with you (unfortunately). He managed to catch two which perhaps chased the rest away. But, we got to the bottom of it and we know where we have to go from here. If anyone ask me for someone to catch or locate squirrels etc. I DEFINITELY will tell them about Chris

My husband and I have had on & off issues with squirrels since we moved into our home almost 3 years ago. The first instance, we had Critter Control come out to remove a squirrel from our second floor ceiling. They were thorough & professional, but SO expensive (too expensive for new homeowners, but we were desperate.) The 2nd time around, a squirrel actually chewed through a water line in our second floor and flooded the walls - causing major water damage. (We never found where it got in.) So, once I heard that familiar scratching in the ceiling this fall, I wasted no time to call someone. I actually called Critter Control first, but they couldn't come out for 3 weeks! Given our latest debacle, I couldn't wait that long, and I called the next recommended company, which was DelVal. I couldn't be more happy with DelVal throughout the experience. As soon as I called Chris he talked through possible causes of entry with me, and came out that same day to take a look at the house & roof. He set some traps and gave me a call every day to check in -even swinging by the check the traps while we were at work. After we didn't find anything for 3 days, Chris came back out with a ladder to check the roof again, and set another trap, where we think the squirrel was getting in. The squirrel must have gotten scared away with this one, because I hadn't heard it the next few days after that trap went up. Chris came back 2 days later to cage off the entryway in the roof and we have been noise-free since. I would highly suggest contacting DelVal for any rodent/pests needs. Chris is extremely attentive and responsive, and pricing is fair. I've already recommended DelVal to a number of family & friends. Fingers crossed I don't need them to come out again - but I will certainly be calling them first if I do.

Chris returned my call on a Sunday, within an hour of my call to him. On Monday he inspected the exterior of house and our attic. It did not take long to determine we had a mother raccoon and offspring in our attic (we had thought it was squirrels). He set up a trap on the exterior entry point under an eave, and traps in the attic. Chris answered all our questions and showed us entry point on outside of house. He explained likely removal scenarios and pricing. On Tuesday he came out again to see what was caught. He walked our entire attic and told us that the raccoon family had moved out during the night (we had heard noises), because he had invaded their space. This is somewhat less common, but best possible scenario for us. He got up on the roof of our garage, and sealed off the entry point. Despite his second visit, he said because he did not need to to remove animals, he would not charge us for the visit! Chris was professional, responsive, thorough and easy going. if we have that need again, we would welcome him back in a microsecond and will recommend him to friends (and you).

Chris came out immediately after giving me information on services and prices. Using tools, he discovered that the large hole did not have tunneling and was abandoned. We identified soil and sand resources and he filled the hole completely and firmly. He also offered information on wildlife and sources of food for wildlife in the neighborhood.

Chris is a "wildlife whisperer." He knows animals very well including their habits and unique signatures. He is also very knowledgeable concerning home construction details. He was able to clearly assess the situation based on my descriptions and his observations and provide practical recommendations to address the problems. Chris is highly professional.

Came promptly and set traps and closed up outdoor holes into the building with expanding foam and wire. A few days later came and removed traps with squirrel inside. Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, professional, and and incredible value. Will be using for any future wildlife removal needs.

Chris was incredible at his job. He was able to think creatively to find a solution to get our attic rid of flying squirrels. Unfortunately we have an old house and there’s no easy way to catch them so there were several traps set outside where we were able to capture about five. It’s been about three months and we have not had our visitors come back. He’s also very good about being proactive on other issues that may be a problem and he was extremely reasonable with the price.

They fixed the problem fast and made the necessary repairs. They released the flying squirrels back into the wild. Chris was really nice.
