EXCELLENT! Tom Zona and his crew did an A#1 job! All were very precise and obviouslly skilled craftsmen. We were kept informed throughout the duration of the project. The work was performed with great attention to detail and cleanup was also very thorough. The guys work together very well and the finished product is exactly what we wanted - but it is even more beautiful than we imagined! Tom may bring anyone here to show off his masterpiece!
Description of Work: We wanted a 16' x 16' coverd deck built above a patio, with a door to the deck, according to our rough design and general specifications.

The deck was 12 X 18 and was made with high grade treated lumber for decks. The vinyl railing was used instead of the wood. I didn't want to bother painting the railing since that is very tedious. Tom Zona did a fabulous job! I would highly recommend his work. He has terrific employees as well. The price seemed about average compared to other estimates. I have used Mr Zona before for a family room remodel and a new roof. I decided to use someone that I knew and trusted. I had to be out of town when I had the work completed and he kept in touch via the cell phone. I don't think I could have done that with another company. I know I have the nicest deck in the neighborhood. Thanks again Tom for a job well done.
