Great ! Loved my new laundry room.It was exactly what I asked to be done.And have more storage space than I expected.Workers were courteous and accommodating.Even reconnected washer and dryer each night so I didn’t have to go to laundromat during the remodeling.

Exceeded all expectations! Crew was kind, professional, courteous, honest and clean! Every thing was clean at the end of the day, hardly disrupting our everyday life. Would recommend for any job!

I contacted Derek to have an estimate for a 25x25 deck installed around my pool. He answered the phone promptly and scheduled an appointment to check things out. He was punctual and took measurements around the pool. He informed me that he would get back to me in a few days with an estimate. I had a very good impression of him at this point. However, after 4 days and no estimate, I texted him inquiring about the status. He informed me that he had a 16 week job coming up and he would not be able to perform my deck in a timely manner. Thank you for wasting 4 days of my time. All he had to say when I first called him was that his schedule was full and I would have moved on to another contractor. However, he gave no indication that this was the case. He even stated at the meeting that his backlog was approximately 2 weeks.

Came out for quote however never called back with quote. I reached out to them and never received a phone call back. Would not recommend them.

Derek was wonderful to work with and never tired of my many questions. Provided us with suggestions even after the project started on how things might work better. There were no surprises on the final bill, all changes and the resulting costs were discussed upfront. Each day the crew cleaned up at the end of the day so we were not left dealing with a mess. The job was finished a head of schedule and the results were beyond what my wife and I could have expected considering the starting point. Will certainly use them again if there is a need.

Three Kelly Construction is fantastic. They are true professionals with many years of experience. A group like this is hard to find. The work was completed extremely fast and accurately. The pricing was reasonable & within expectations. The team arrived everyday and worked long days, even Saturdays as needed. We experienced a clean work site environment with minimal noise and dust disruption. There were no surprises since we were kept up-to-date at all times. When changes needed to be made, we received much information to make decisions. We received daily updates and timely detailed invoices. Detailed invoicing was received in timely fashion. The pricing was accurate and expected. We would be thrilled to have Three Kelly Construction work on our home for future project. I would definitely hire again. We have received so many compliments on the work already. Over the years, we have hired many contractors. They are far above anyone we have hired. The breezeway between my home and garage was poorly constructed about 7 years ago. It is actually an 8' x 12' room, with 9' sliding glass doors on two sides. The floor was sagging, the roof was leaking and, to me, the entire structure seemed unsafe. Derek and his crew removed the existing floor and drywall, corrected the roofing issues, poured a cement floor, replaced the drywall and a faulty ceiling fan box, and painted the entire room - all within a week's time! The work was done quickly and efficiently. Derek and his crew showed up in timely fashion each morning and the work area was left in a neat and clean fashion each evening. Highly recommended!!

Three Kelly Construction provided us with a beautiful, functional bathroom. We are very pleased with their work. Very neat. After a day's work they would clean and sweep any mess. Easy to work with Derek, great guy!

The roof replacement went well. Three Kelly took only 2 days to replace our entire roof. It is a pretty steep roof on a cape cod style house so it was not an easy job. They ended up having to remove 2 layers of shingles which was unexpected, but they were still able to finish within 2 days. They cleaned up pretty well, and we've had no issues with the work that was completed.

Our experience with this general contractor was all positive. They were prompt, co-operative, detailed, clean, quality work; had an eye for color in matching paint, pleasant to work with. We plan to use them again for another project. We would recommend Three Kelly Construction for your general contracting jobs.

Derek and his whole crew were great! They arrived early and stayed late so they could complete the job before we left for vacation. The estimate was right on and extremely detailed so you knew where your money was being spent. Derek was on site every day so if we had any questions or changes he could address them in a timely manner. We did make some changes along the way, and Derek graciously and promptly addressed the changes. Everyone on the crew was very polite and professional. The craftsmanship is great. Our new basement looks fabulous thanks to Three Kelly Construction. We look forward to using them for more renovations/additions in the future.

We talked with Derek and he is really good. I found them on Angie's List. I decided to use them because of everything they had online. They had a Facebook page and gave us an itemized page of everything Derek could possibly run into. Another contractor tried to push us into hiring him and kept changing the specs to increase the price. We were very comfortable with Three Kelly Construction. The quoted price is about $22,000.

Arrived on time, finished on time and on budget, did a quality job.

Three Kelly Construction seemed great. I am a general contractor and I met with Derek Kelly who is one of the partners and he is just a great young guy. I do commercial work and he gave me one of the best estimates I have got even when I look at the commercial estimates. They were responsive, they were there when they were supposed to be there and they were great. They sent me pictures and did everything I wanted them to do, they were on time with the estimates, with the work being done and it took as long as they said it would take. They were great. I am thinking of using them again to put up a roof on the same project.

They were prompt in showing up for the estimate and came back with the estimate very quickly. The estimate was clear and specific regarding materials, labor and services and indicated where they may be able to save money. They made sound recommendations for removal/replacement of the awnings. They showed up to do the work exactly when they said they would and worked very efficiently and effectively to get the job done quickly. They cleaned up after the job thoroughly with no damage and only minimal disruption. The quality of the work is excellent. They used very good materials, made good recommendations and the price was fair. In addition since the job was substantial, they ended up installing a storm door for my parents at no charge (we ordered both my door and theirs at the same time). The house looks great and i would definitely work with Three Kelly again.
