Dean was very easy to reach, and responded back quickly. They went above and beyond to clean up after the job was complete. We would hire them again in a second!

The process went very well. The Sacramento team checked both the roof and siding and advised replacing both. We went through the process with the insurance company, and started the choosing the grade and color. They gave excellent information and advise. They arrived on time on the date agreed upon. Worked the entire day cleaned up and returned the next day. The work was completed as promised, and I would recommend Sacramento Construction to anyone who needed construction done. They would be the first construction company I would call if I needed a construction project completed.

We used Sacramento Contracting in the Fall of 2014 to replace our house roof that was in major need of repair. We were very happy with the quality of the work, Dean and his team, and the price for the job. This past week, Sacramento Contracting replaced the roof of our garage that was leaking in several places and needed significant work to repair the wood under the shingles. When the extent of the wood repairs exceeded what had been discussed in the initial bid, Dean made sure that we were in agreement about what would be needed as well as making sure that we were on the same page regarding the cost of the additional work. The work was completed in less than 3 days start to finish, even with the additional structural repairs. We have been very happy working with Sacramento Contracting on both occasions and recommend them highly.

Hired Sacramento contracting to do my roof replacement and some siding on my home. All I can say is Hire these guys! You will not be disappointed...Everything turned out great. We got about 5 estimates for replacing the roof from local companies. Sacramento Contracting was the only company that actually went ON the roof to assess the job, provided a detailed estimate, voiced concern about the chimney that was falling down and gave a solution, and asked about what type of material / color we wanted to replace the shingles. We were able to schedule within a week of when we decided to use them, and they were actually able to start a few days sooner than scheduled which was great. They were professional, punctual, easy to communicate with, and very friendly. We will most definitely use Sacramento again and would recommend them to everyone in the future.

Dean and Neil were professional and courteous the whole way. My primary contact was Dean, who kept me well-informed throughout the whole process. The price was fair and Dean gave me a detailed, transparent quote with quality products so I knew exactly what I was getting. The work was completed on time despite high temperatures. A couple of unforeseen issues came up: a few rotted boards and shaky gutters; Dean had quick solutions and a fair price for the extra work. I highly recommend them and would call them first on future roofing projects.

Very professional. Owners were on site and performed daily work according to contract. Once they started the job, they were here every work day, and even on Saturday (with permission) to finish up despite very high temperatures and humidity. Started work promptly between 7 and 730 am daily. Area was cleaned and organized at the end of each work day. Made every effort to protect surrounding property (flower beds and decks) even though the height and pitch of the roof were challenging. End of job clean up was excellent! Very Pleased!

I cannot be more pleased with Dean (owner) and his crew. They showed up every morning around 730 and worked thru the day until the roof was complete. Everything was cleaned up and they even ran a magnet to pick up all of the nails. I would definitely recommend Sacramento contracting to friends and family in the future. Thanks Dean!

The crew was extremely professional and efficient, and the details of their work were top-notch. I'm a picky guy, and I know the specifics that must go into each step of the job. I am particularly pleased with their attention to detail on step flashing - a task many roofers don't do correctly now-a-days. The crew finished on schedule, and cleaned up the job site thoroughly. One of my customers was so satisfied with the work, they want Dean back to do the garage this year.

Dean was very prompt and professional. He came out within two days from me calling him. He went over all the details of what he was going to do and gave me all the samples of all the products to look over. Within three days I received a very professional looking quote and everything was itemized and very easy to read. Quote was right in there with the others, in the middle i'll say! My husband and I recently had a new roof put on our home by Sacramento contracting. We had an overall excellent experience with them from start to finish! Dean provided us with a very reasonable quote and was extremely professional and knowledgeable while helping us choose the right color shingles that would best match our house. He took his time and was patient while we looked over samples and talked about options. He provided us with actual pictures of other homes he had done with the same shingles that we were considering and this was very helpful! The job began and was completed within the time frame we had discussed. They cleaned up daily leaving no materials around the house or in the yard. The finished product looks even better than we imagined and we are beyond pleased with the difference our new roof makes on the appearance of our home! I would highly recommend Sacramento Contracting to anyone who is looking for work to be done on their home!

From start to finish It went very well! Dean was very professional and very easy to work with. They showed up on time every morning and worked all day! Covered everything that needed to be covered and addressed all the details. Finally, they cleaned up very well. I couldn't even find a trace of debris! Highly recommended

They did a great job, for a very reasonable price. They even made sure the downspout was secure even where I did not have a problem.

Phone tag a bit with communication - job was in progress on a community roof. had no choice in other contractors. Needed the continuity of one contractor for a 4 townhouse complex. Went well though, he did everything that he said . replaced wood and that cost more but he said it was rotted and needed replacing.

Sacramento Contracting replaced my roof and skylights. They were very professional and the work done exceeded my expectations. Everything is watertight and looks amazing. Dean and his crew were extremely nice. Additionally, they showed up everyday at 7:30 as they said they would and worked all day. They didn't stop my job to go and work another job. They worked my job to completion which I greatly value. If I had questions, they were very politely, professional and throughly answered. They cleaned everything up and there was never a mess anywhere. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and highly recommend them to others.

It went very well. What I liked was the job was done in junks. For example, the old shingles were removed only on a section, and the new shingles were put into place before moving on to the next section. I liked this approach since if the entire roof was removed and a patch of bad rainy weather came in, there would be no risk of a leak. Sacramento was punctual each and every morning, 7:30 am, and worked an entire day. There wasn't a time they weren't busy. Except for the first day, their cleanup at the end of each day was very good. There were a few questions during the project which were explained clearly with answers/solutions arrived at quickly. I had new flood lights to replace old ones that they willingly put up for me. The roof (et al) looks great and it works!!! I'm very pleased with the job Sacramento Co. did and would not hesitate to have them do more work for me. I would recommend them to friends and family. I also need to mention that the 22' beam was a custom job by Sacramento Remodeling (Anthony Sacramento).

Sacremento Roofing was recommended by a neighbor. I requested a bid, and although I did have to wait a bit to 'get on their list', I feel it was worth the wait. The were thorough, completed the job, were neat, timely, and the roof looks beautiful. The company consists of a father and his sons. We were very happy with the completed job.
