This was an unfortunate experience. This appears to us to be a good company and offered a good proposal. If not for the unprofessional attitude of the sales rep, we would have looked forward to using this firm. If I did not have to deal with this same sales rep, I still would consider using them.

We are having the remodel of our master bathroom done by a different contractor for the reasons set forth above.

We requested an estimate for a bathroom remodel from ReBath through Home Depot. The company sent a woman, who was not a contractor,out to look at the job. She didn't have the knowledge to answer many questions, including replacing a bathtub with a tiled shower floor, despite the fact that ReBath is the 'prefered tile contractor' at our Home Depot. Eventually she called the owner, who told us that he could not do a tiled shower floor because they always leak. The saleswoman did not take any measurements, but she told us that she would have an estimate to us by email within a week. No estimate was ever received.

We called to get an estimate on remodeling our bathroom. We indicated when we called that we actually bought most of the items and was looking for someone to do the install. When they came out to provide an estimate, they tried to sell us their stuff and then told us at that time they only install their products. We we told them we were not interested in that. However, they still stayed about 45 minutes giving their sales pitch. It was a waste of our time.

E-mailed them for an appointment. No reply after a week. Called on the phone was told they were not licensed to work in WV. Office is 24 miles from my house.

We saw Rebath at a home show and decided to ask for an estmiate. The staff called a few days after the show to arrange the appointment. The sales person arrived on time and took time do discuss what we wanted to have done, measure the space and discuss options and suggestions on how to proceed. He had a variety of product samples and showed photographs detailing other completed projects. The estimate of about $5400 was higher than we had hoped for, but we did consider it, as it looked like the end result would be very nice. We ened up not hiring them for the job, because we found a contractor who built us a tile shower (and did some other work) for less money. (A separate review covers that contractor.)

Explained it previously. I would not buy a tub (only) liner again, which they no longer do, but would consider the new tub route.

We met with Gene who provided a detailed description of the Re-bath method and products. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He provided us with a written estimate. Re-bath is now working with Home Depot so we were able to purchase it with a 0% Home Depot account. It was about 10 weeks from the time we ordered to the time of installation. Our installer was Vic. He arrived at 7am. It took two days because he was working alone. He was very courteous and professional. He removed the old tile and cast iron tub. He then measured and cut plywood to all the joists around the tub area. He placed the tub and surround and also installed some new plumbing hardware. He made an extra panel with the surround material to cover the cabinet next to the tub as it sits very close to the tub. It really adds a professional look. He also installed a new sink faucet and towel bar that we ordered to match. Both men have worked for Re-bath for a while which seems like a good sign. We are very pleased with the result and would recommend this company to anyone needing similar work done.

They provided options in packages as opposed to singular options. The guy was knowledgeable and his suggestions were right on. I felt he knew what he was doing. I’m still in the estimate process.

Excellent salesman and installer. Installer arrived before 7:00 a.m. and stayed until the job was finished (7:00 p.m.) and I was satisfied. Moved towel bar at my request (not in original plan). Very friendly and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Salesman was friendly also.

It was excellent. It was a lot of work, but it was done in one day, and it looks great. I have no complaints with the way it was done. Adam was neat, professional, and very good at his job.

THE PERSON WHO CAME TO REPAIR THE LEAK WAS VERY EFFICIENT.
