I have to say that I have been challenged many times from my tenants, and every time that I reach out to Craig or the team at Landlord Services, they provide the professional and expert advice necessary to solve the challenge.  + -1 moreI have owned this triplex for 5 years and have used Landlord Service Bureau many times for forms, background checks and free advice regarding problem tenants. They are prompt and receptive and have helped me manage my building successfully.
Description of Work: Landlord Service Bureau is an organization to which landlords in and around Pittsburgh pay dues in order to become members. Membership entitles us to purchase state specific forms, including leases and applications and Federal documents regarding lead on the premises that we are required to give to our tenants. Membership also entitles us to send applications to Landlord Service Bureau who then does a thorough background and credit check of prospective tenants and gives the landlord advice regarding renting to the individual(s).
