Kim is awesome. We were house hunting from 250 miles away and that presented some logistical challenges and Kim overcame all of them. We were introduced to Kim because she represented my son in the purchase of his home in 2016. She did a great job for them and an outstanding job for us. It really was like having a good friend in the real estate business! We are settling into our dream home and Kim was a very important part of that process. Kim was great! She was very patient with all the homes we asked to look at. She looked out for our best interest when making the deal for a new home. She was very accommodating and available to us. The process was very smooth. She was helpful, accommodating and very patient with us. The closing was very easy.

We had interviewed three part-time real estate agents in preparation for the sale of the house. These three were OK, but two brought their children with them to the meetings, which we thought was unprofessional. We decided we wanted to find a full-time agent and discovered Kim through Angie's List. What a lucky break for us. Kim let us know right away that she was serious by stating that ReMax only employs agents who consistently sell. She is a plain talker and stickler for detail. If you don't do something right (like on the seller disclosure agreement), boy does she let you know. But her criticism was always constructive and based on past experience. She was savvy about the listing price and a stickler for outstanding photos. She took many on two separate occasions to get the best shots for the listing. Her experience paid off when we got a bite after only two weeks. As luck would have it, she represented the buyer as well and acted as liaison between the parties until a deal was reached. Because we couldn't be available, Kim was on hand to let the home inspector and FHA inspector into the house and stayed for their inspections, which we thought was above and beyond the call of duty. The only thing I wish she had done differently: When an offer came in and it was $20,000 below our asking price of $125,000, she asked us for the bottom-line counter number we would be happy with. We gave it to her, $114,000, not realizing there would still be a home inspection and possibly an FHA inspection ahead. Those inspections revealed mold and radon, both of which had to be addressed before approval of the buyers' FHA loan. That cost us as sellers an unexpected $2,550 off the bottom line. We were lucky it wasn't more. However, when I explained my disappointment to Kim and asked her to lower her commission by $750 to help us offset this loss, she understood my concern and agreed at once. Kim was on time or early for every meeting we had with her. She was instantly responsive via email and cell phone and was a calming influence during those inevitable times when stress got the best of us. Now we find ourselves in the position of missing our working relationship with our real estate agent! I'm not exactly a "people person," so that's about the highest praise I can give to someone who just walked into our lives four months ago.

We are being transfer to murrysville, PA from Tennessee . We called several realtors from the Internet on a Sunday and Kim was the only one to call us back right away to answer all of our questions. She is very friendly, reliable, professional , and always puts her clients first. We have looked at over 60 homes with Kim and she never gave up. She found us the perfect house. Thank you kim😀

Kim was not the first agent that we contacted. The first realtor contacted seemed interested in a quick turnover and suggested a sale price well below our expectations. Kim laid out our options and suggested high and low prices and how that might effect how long the house might remain on the market. She did not focus solely on the measurements, but could see the charming details that made the home unique. We got our first offer in ten days. She pointed out what she thought made the offer particularly attractive. Unfortunately, the prospective buyer needed to close sooner than we could be ready. We waited a few more weeks before an equally attractive offer came through. We accepted this offer and are quite happy. What made our situation difficult and what made Kim stand out is the fact that we are living 700 miles away and could not easily respond to every event that would come up. She took care a lot of small issues and kept us informed at every turn.

Went well. Kim helped us look at many houses over a 2 year period. She never gave up and stayed with us till the end. We would highly recommend her.
