What an absolutely unprofessional couple! This duo was acting as a seller's agent in a previous effort into buying a home and was nothing but childish. Somehow this couple has (at time of writing) some thirty odd listings on various real estate search engines -- But from what my experience has been with them, this is a complete shame and insult to what I was hoping to be a somewhat legitimate field. After putting in an offer on one of their current listings, we had a three day response time to have heard back from them. By the time the third day rolls around, I am starting to get anxious and question if anything has been happening - So I call my agent. He informs me that he had tried calling the couple (both of their cell numbers) multiple times throughout the day already and neither of them had even PICKED UP! So around 9pm that night, I get a call from my agent saying that he had finally heard something and that the seller of the house was having "something bad" happen to their family and didn't give any kind of response. Well, being the understanding person that I am I let this go -- bad things happen to everyone. Well, now we are on the fourth day (our offer technically expired the previous day), waiting for this sham of a realty team to get back to our agent so we can move forward. Wait...Wait...Wait... Finally, around 7pm I get a phone call saying they had FINALLY gotten back to him again and that there was another offer. Turns out we didn't get the property -- Not a big deal, this kind of thing happens. However, then you start to think about the sheer immaturity of this couple. Could it have been because of their slacking, we didn't get this? Possibly. Could things have gone MUCH smoother -- ABSOLUTELY. All in all, this couple alone put a nasty taste in my mouth when it comes to an entire organization/job sector. It is pathetic the immaturity this couple displayed whenever trying to make a living and fairly represent others. So, personally I believe you should AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Deal with someone that actually is a decent, punctual person.
