Description of Work: As a real estate agent, having a team of contractors with an excellent reputation (41 years!) is crucial to my business. I only recommend the best! When I list a property that could be a challenge in price, and I need an appraiser, Fran at Fisher Services LLC is my GO TO appraiser! I highly recommend him for estate properties and pre-listing market values. I always tell my seller's that an appraisal on their house is the best investment they could EVER make before listing their home. Appraisals beat off the tire kickers and buyers that are mis-informed by on-line properties values.
