Computer Medix

I couldn't even start my laptop, dropped it off at 1:00 and they had it repaired and running great by 3:30. They were friendly, helpful and explained in detail everything they did. I highly recommend them!

My experience with Computer Medix was excellent. I dropped my computer off on Monday, September 14, and they had it ready for me the next day. Both Tim and Jay were very good about explaining to me exactly what had been done. Unfortunately, when I got the computer home and hooked up again, I discovered that I was still having problems with my internet connection. I called Tim right away, and he offered to do a complete check of the computer again, but he said that it had worked perfectly in the shop. He then suggested that the problem might be with Windstream, my internet provider, but he stressed that he was quite willing to check things out again himself, if that was what I wanted. I called Windstream the next day, and, long story short, they were definitely the problem. That situation was eventually resolved, and now everything works great. Again, I can't say enough about Tim and Jay. They were both very professional and friendly, explaining things to me in words I could understand. I would use Computer Medix again in a second. (Incidentally, to be honest, I expected a higher bill, so that was another pleasant surprise.)

I called a few places from angles list. I was only satisfied with computer medix over the phone. The owners are the only two employees, which I liked. I feel the more people involved the more chance of my info getting taken or something going wrong. I also liked how Tim was patient with my questions before I even brought my computer in. He did't sell me things I didn't need. It only took a day to get it fixed. When I left he even carried it to my car for me. Computer Medix offers a lot of other services that I will be using. I definitely recommend them!

i am a non-tech person, and I did some research before going to Computer Medix to purchase a laptop. They have done repair work on my desktop, and I felt confident that I would get good advice and service from them. I took my research notes, and Tim explained what they meant in regards to my purchase. Both pros and cons were discussed, and at no time was I pressured into buying a system beyond my needs. I purchased a levono, and after using it for the first time today, I am thrilled with my decision. But the more important comment is that I took advantage of the home visit so that my computer would be set up correctly. What a bargain! Not only did Tim check out the wireless connection, transfer information, install the printer and Office to the new computer, he also advised me about the desktop, changed the password on my Nook, and gave me a much needed tutorial to my new computer. There is no big box store or discount store that will give you the personal attention that Computer Medix offers. Rarely do I see someone who is so knowledgeable about the services that they provide. Good luck to these exemplary young men. I have highly recommended them to family and friends.

It was wonderful. They were knowledgeable and there was a quick turn around so it was all a good day. Their customer service was very good.

Computer was very slow. Visited their location and described our problem to Jay, one of the owners We were asked to bring the computer in and let him look at it. We took the computer in and were told he would look at it and we could pick it up the next day. We picked up the computer the next day. Jay explained what he had to do to correct the problems that had been accumulating over the years and showed us how our computer had been improved. We have now been using the repaired computer every day for over a month and are very pleased with the work Computer Medix did.

I have been pleased with the operation of my computer ever since the repairs. The repair was finished about 24 hours after I took it to the shop. The person who answered the phone and explained the suggested repairs was courteous.
