We had siding, roof and gutter replacement. Bella was quick to begin our work and quick to finish. They cleaned up well after they were done. There were a few issues, but for the most part, the issues were resolved. I would recommend them to others.

All good by the payment time. Then Mr.Andrew Bell hooks you up with Crooks Service Finance Company. Mr Andrew Bell writes a higher amount than your contract is, and on top of that charges you $300 fee to get 0% interest rate for 24 months with the loan Crooks Service Finance Company who then on top of all that charges 13.99% interest. Crooks never answer the phone. Andrew answers the phone, but won't adjust contract amount, won't take down $300, keeps saying - I don't know , call them. Everybody else in the company is nice but when it comes to finances stay away unless you pay cash. Horrible service, no respect and no help from Mr Andrew Bell

I had contacted Bella Construction to get an estimate for a new roof for a house I had recently purchased. His estimate was the lowest of all other estimates. He also told me he could have it finished in 1 day. This was the deciding factor (more important that price), because it was the beginning of January, and it needed done before any major snowstorms hit. Good thing I decided to get it done in the wintertime, and not wait until spring. The decking underneath the roof was destroyed, and the flashing around the chimney was causing leaks. I really liked that they took pictures while they were up there and texted them to me. It took them 1 day, and they worked in cold conditions. The moved really quickly. They were also very clean and neat, and picked up all of the old shingles. I would definitely recommend and I would use them again.

They did a good job but some of the things were half a**. They did come back and correct them. Anything that was done in error, they corrected. The owner didn't return phone calls and I was constantly calling. I would absolutely recommend them. My sister and I know the wife of one of the owners so I put a little more trust in them. He was very nice and he would call me back. The higher up partner was very difficult.

Bella Construction and Development was very professional! From the estimators to the installers, everyone was courteous and very friendly! They answered all of my questions and handled all of my concerns. The roof was installed in a timely manner and the job site was cleaned after they finished. I received a good price for quality materials and labor. I am a very particular, fussy homeowner and was very impressed with Bella. I have referred Bella to numerous friends and relatives. If you are looking for a roof installer (they also install siding and gutters), I would definitely recommend them!

The building addition would have gone smoothly if Bella would not have removed the existing room and then decided to take a week-long vacation to Ocean City which we were never told about. Then the work was left shoddily covered and a rainstorm came and our entire lower level was flooded. Bella was to install a gas line for a gas heater but when it was installed the fire department had to come out because the house was about to explode because the gas line was not installed properly. Matt has been contacted over and over and over again always (when able to be reached) he always gives a smart-aleck answer about how he will get back to me.
