+ -1 moreI never had the work done because they don't work on weekends. I would have taken a day off of work if they would have worked with me.
Description of Work: met the owner's last year at the Monroeville Home Show. I wanted to have a surge protector installed on my circuit breaker box. He had a special going on at that time, so I signed up. They never called me. I called them back after a few weeks but they claim they called and that I wasn't home. I never had a message on my answering machine and nothing showed up on the caller ID. I guess they had enough business not to want mine.

+ -1 moreWe were having issues with having to hit reset on our outlet when we ran our washing machine. We called Joe on a Thursday afternoon and he came first thing Friday morning. He believed it wasn't the washing machine but that our GFI outlet was bad. He had to get a new GFI outlet so he had to go back to his office. He replaced the outlet with a brand new outlet. Everything was done in less than an hour.
Description of Work: Replacement of GFI outlet.
