pool cleaners
 + -1 moreThis service took 6 weeks in all. The guys are all great when they get here. It just took way too long and the response and phone diagnosis rather than on sight was a bit frustrating. I will add that I did get an apology from Paul Weaver for not diagnosing the problem on sight. We haven't received the bill yet and I did request a break on the pump we purchased and didn't need. I'm not sure that will happen.. he said he'd see what he could do. He did add however that due to the age of our spa he felt we'll need a pump soon anyway.
Description of Work: In early May something went wrong with our spa. We called them and they indicated it sounded like a pump and they said they had to order one. Their hours are very limited and we had to keep after them to stay on top of service. Eventually they came out but it was the wrong pump. I suppose that's what happens when they try to diagnose something like this over the phone. Then we found out that it wasn't the pump afterall.
