Client just wanted the dried-in "shell" constructed before winter, meaning slab + framing, rough-in electrical & plumbing, wrapped in Tyvek + finished roof. One person build with occasional helper, working 14- to 16- hour days. Built entirely with screws, and trusses were custom built onsite. 2 months, $120K Oct 2024 - Replaced fuel pipes on fifteen boilers for the US Coast Guard in Sitka, AK. Client supplied pipe and fittings but we had to thread it and dispose of old pipe. 3 guys, 10 days, $35K on NET30 terms. Sep 2024 - Old 5BR/4Ba tri-level home remodel in Pittsburgh area. 3 months from rat's nest to desireable AirBnb rental. Four men, three months, $240K. Customer purchased property for $35K on short sale, appraised after work for $402K. Aug 2024 - Assisted in expanding and finishing base camp cunstruction for the UN's multinational support mission in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti. Cleared & leveled ground, erected tents, installed electrical, plumbing and sanitation. 12 men for 30 days, danger zone, labor only, $300K.
