They did a great job giving me a range of choices form the Trane product line. Had the Trane clean effects air cleaner installed along with a Trane Modulating XC95m furnace and a Trane xl20i communicating air conditioner and a new communicating thermostat and to top it all off a new trane powered humidifier which is controllable from the thermostat. They where the first company to get me a bid, and they came in the lowest also. They don't seem to try to over price you like some of the dealers in this area do. They are very easy to work with, very receptive to changes to the bids and definatly get the work done fast. From time of accepting of the bid to install was less then a week. Friendly workers, and Dave definatly tries to make sure you know everything that you can choose from. Definatly a company to pick. They came in at half the price of the next highest bid, and did the same exact work. Quality was great.

The team arrived, and since I have an outside basement entrance, had the old furnace removed before I even knew they were there. On the afternoon of day 2, a second team arrived and installed the computerized thermostat in minutes. Team 1 had the entire system, or should I say all three systems, installed and operating afternoon of day 2, then both teams cleaned all areas involved and spent about 45 mins. explaining the whole thing to me. With today's technology that's boder line rocket science, but i learned. As a recently adjudged disabled vet, I needed something simple. The Miller Plumbing and Heating teams are fast, professional, efficient, clean, and very personable. The office manager (Marie) had informed us we'd receive Miller's discount for cash, which was generous enough, but a day after the job, called us and stated that she had reworked the math and discovered we qualified for more rebate $$ from Trane, and 2 days later that check arrived! Now, I admire greatly, meticulous workmanship, that's very rare these days. But, to find tradespeople with unparalleled honesty....that's almost unheard of. They could have kept the second rebate, and we'd have still been happy. But no, their sense of business ethic wouldn't allow for that. We'd paid fair measure and the rest according to marie, was ours.

They came to inspect the furnace for fall and the heat exchanger was cracked which wasn't surprising since the furnace was the original installed in 1954. They carefully and neatly removed this old monster and installed the new furnace so it took up much less space in the basement. They worked quickly and were very polite. I then called them again when I needed my new dishwasher installed. I had also purchased a new dishwasher from a box store but their "plumbers" couldn't install it because the old one was from the 70's and they gave some excuse about it not being "code". So I again called Miller's and they removed the old one and replaced it in a very short time. Very happy and will always call them.
