Conflicting information, missing information, lack of communication, lack of responding... I was very disappointed in the differences between what I was told by the sales person vs. The person who came and measured prior to the install vs. The installers vs. The guy who came out from the window mfg. afterwards to inspect. Communication and customer service is everything and I found it lacking. I was overall disappointed with the experience after spending over $12,000. I would have expected more. I will not be using them for any additional projects.

From start to finish the service was outstanding. The pandemic slowed the process down but the Company kept us informed of the current status. The installer called ahead showed up when promised and was very professional. He wore a mask the entire time and was very concerned about our health and safety throughout the project.

We had 18 windows install in our home. The crew was punctual, respectful, and answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend to others!

Starting from the beginning it was excellent!! Ryan was great On time- energetic-eager to help us pick the right windows! He made the process very easy - always a phone call away ready to answer any questions we had and so personable- felt like we have known him for along time!! Mike who measured was prompt and very nice! Installers were on time ready to go and very polite!! We will call Window Nation for the next room we have done in the spring👍

The crew was exceptional and did an excellent job installing the windows and cleaning up afterwards. They were great to work with and would work with them again in a heart beat.

The install went well. The workers were professional and timely in their install and were very nice. They also cleaned up pretty good after they finished. Two small issues, one they did not clean the actual windows after they installed them, and two they broke my granite window ledge on my big window in front. I have attached a picture.

The Sales team was fantastic. The install team was perfect and they left our home cleaner than how they found it. We will hire again after seeing how great the products and teams are.

Excellent. The Tech (Mike) made sure all the work was done, even in a snowstorm ! Answered all my questions and did a great job.

Overall, we had a good experience, and we're very happy with our new windows. Our biggest frustration came with the lack of communication after we first signed up and did our deposit. A person came out within a week to measure after that. He stated that somebody would then call in about two weeks, but then close to a month went by and we hadn't heard anything. I spoke to customer service a couple of times and was told I would get a call back, but I did not until get a call. I even reached out to our original sales person. It wasn't until I found the direct number for scheduling that I spoke to somebody who could help me. It then became clear that things were delayed because of the pandemic, which is understandable, but I feel at this point that Window Nation overpromised and underdelivered. They kept telling us it would be another two weeks because the windows were still being manufactured. At one point, a customer service rep, who was friendly, but still a little condescending said something like, "I don't know if you realize this, but we're in a pandemic, so everything is delayed." We totally get that things were delayed because of the pandemic. It ended up taking a couple months to get the windows manufactured partially due to aluminum shortages, which, again, I understand from working in an industry that also requires aluminum regularly. I just think Window Nation could have been more proactive in their communication in those couple of months. They obviously didn't know when the windows were going to be ready, and we would have found it perfectly acceptable if they had communicated that periodically instead of us having to reach out so much. They did seem to get the feedback from us, though, and we started getting emailed updates, and they did ultimately let us know a timeframe when we could expect to be scheduled. Once scheduling happened, they stuck with it. We had bad weather the first date of install, so they had to reschedule to the following week, but then they came by 9 a.m. (Gave us a 8 to 10 arrival window, so all good there). The installation team was courteous and efficient. We have our two kids with us, one in virtual kindergarten, and they were fine to start on one floor while he finished up classes before starting on the next floor. The windows look great, and ultimately, it has been well worth the wait. Again, I think Window Nation became better in their communication, which was all we needed as factors outside of their control delayed the entire schedule. We will definitely recommend them and use them again. Thanks.

The installation was perfect. The installers were professional and very neat.

It went well. The guys were very accommodating and knocked the job out efficiently while working around four people attending virtual school and work.

The installers were great. They were on time, worked fast and cleaned up everything. They were courteous and kept me informed of everything.

Everything went as promised during the sales process, according to schedule and with a high level of quality of professionalism. Our salesman, Steve Gallagher, was very attnetive to our needs and was knowledgeable of both the product and process. Customer service rep Christian M. was also courteous and helpful during the final phase of the project.

The installers were punctual and professional, and they cleaned up everything before they left. The windows look great, they are air tight and my house is warmer.

We had 15 windows put in. It took about 4 months for them to get the windows in, due to covid and backlog of windows that needed built. The windows are very nice and the issue we had with 2 of the windows were handled quickly. The install team was terrific and did a excellent job.

I am very happy with the work that was done and will contact Window Nation to replace 4 more windows.

We replaced all of the windows in our house - 16, I think? We talked to and met with several companies before choosing Window Nation. Our sales rep Lauren was great. She explained everything fully and answered any questions we had along the way. On the day of install about six guys arrived. They were all polite and friendly. They put down drop clothes and cleaned up everything when they were done. All of the windows and they were done by around 4:00. The windows are great so far. They open and close easy. They tilt for cleaning and they look really nice. I had zero issues with Window Nation and I'd definitely recommend.

From ordering to instilation went well.

Installation well. Service is horrible hung up on twice. Then rep said not covered for parts. Part broke. Unable to use window then have to pay them 150 to fix their error. Very very unhappy. We were going to have them do more now absolutely not

Everything went great! Cost was reasonable for having 7 windows done, the sales team was very open and communicative about when things would happen. The installer was friendly and efficient.

The team was great and really efficient!

The window installers did an excellent job. They were on time, courteous, professional, efficient and had excellent work ethic. They cleaned up all the work areas and inspected all the windows before they left. We did have a few of the Flex screens that were slightly defective, but our salesman Brian was able to expidite their replacements and had them shipped directly to us within less than two weeks. We absolutely love our windows and the Flex screens. We have already noticed a major difference in the efficiency of the windows in regards to the heat and cold
