It went well but it took longer than originally stated. The workers were professional and tidy. They did a great job as well as Michael Lawrence with communication.

Communication was excellent. Installation crew were very courteous and professional. They replaced 12 windows in 3 hours. Cleaned up like they were never there. We love the look and quality of the windows! We highly recommend Window Nation

Windows and Doors installs went great. Siding install was terrible. Window Nation did send a new crew to reinstall the siding and it was much better. A lot of inconvenience, but they did get the siding fixed

Work was done in one day and we are very happy with the quality of the windows. The time between order and install was longer than we hoped, but that is the nature of services during a pandemic. Overall they beat the price of a competitor by over 50% - so I have no complaints. They also did some extra capping around a sliding glass door that was not being replaced at no extra charge. I know it wasn't a lot of time or material for them but I thought it was a nice "value add" for me as the customer that prevented me from having to find another contractor for that job!!!

Overall the install was great. The only issue was with two windows were the sizing could have been better fitted.

Sales rep was very friendly, and knew the product well. Estimated time of install was met, and Installers were prompt, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. Windows themselves are a huge upgrade. They are well manufactured, and definitely a quality product. The only issue we are experiencing is with the screens. One window was shipped with no screen, and 2 others were slightly damaged. I am very confident these will be addressed, and dealt with in the same professional manner that has been present throughout the process.

Installation date was almost 13 weeks after contract signing, Winter was almost over. First installation date was 3 1/2 hours late upon arrival, after waiting the two hour window. Showed up with two windows of a four window install. No screens for any of the windows ordered. Second install date was necessary for remaining windows install and screens delivery Another day set aside... Discount for referral was denied.

Window Nation replaced 4 windows in our bedrooms. They were very professional and responsive. When we requested a quote, they showed up promptly to measure windows and the cost was very reasonable. On the day of installation, they showed up when they said they would and the entire job was done in only a few hours - much more quickly than we expected! We had a very good experience and will use Window Nation again to replace the windows in our basement.

The 2 gentleman that installed are windows were the most professional men I have ever dealt with. They cleaned up before leaving on both days to where you could have never even known construction was being done. I am totally satisfied with the install. We are totally satisfied with the quality of the windows it makes are home look fabulous. I would totally recommend Window Nation to anyone wanting to replace their windows. And the two gentleman that had installed our windows are surely and asset to your company.

Window Nation provided a competitive estimate for the job of replacing 28 windows in our farmhouse remodel. Windows came in on time and were installed in a timely manner. The job crew arrived on a Monday morning and had all windows finished by noon on Tuesday. The crew was professional and friendly. Window Nation was great to work with. They are very thorough and we felt like they really took their time from the estimate to the final install. We appreciated that they kept us up to date with installation dates and were great at communicating any changes due to weather, etc. Our new windows are beautiful and work great! We were very impressed with the efficiency and quality of the installation and felt comfortable having them in our home.

I ordered these windows in September. The installation was completed last week. Obviously, There was a significant delay in getting the windows manufactured and shipped out. Some of this was due to Covid delays. The windows themselves look to be of good quality. But the installation process was difficult. Multiple visits were required by the installation company Vytex to complete the installation over a few weeks.

All done in one day ! Wow the window installers were fantastic!!!!! Great work and even cleaned up and took all the old windows and old sliding glass door.

Instal was fine. Make sure you realize that labor is only covered for 5 years. I was 3 month out of warranty for labor and they won’t even come out without a $150 deposit. Something malfunctioned in the window and still charged me $150. Plus they where only there for 20 minutes to fix it. They don’t figure out the problem then give you a price. Would not recommend using them.

The installation went well. There was a slight miscalculation of two of my windows and the installers immediately notified the office and the manufacturer to have it corrected so my final two windows can be replaced. Christian was very professional throughout this process as well as with the follow-up afterwards.
