Door was suppose to be installed. Installer showed up called said he wasn’t sure if he could park his trailer in my driveway said he was going to call his dispatch then Call me back, hour later I called window nation to see what was going on and was told “the installer told you he couldn’t fit trailer into driveway should have taken it as installation was canceled.” Had windows installed by the month or so prior that installer had no problem getting trailer in my driveway. Emailed customer service about this problem never got email back had to reschedule for a month later.

It was great! The installer Dave was very professional even in the rain, he just kept working😊 and cleaned up everything 😊I definitely would refer WINDOW NATION too everyone!!! What a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

they where here on time and very friendly! i am so pleased with the work. we had windows installed about 5 yrs ago from someone else and they did not or do not look as nice as these! we have had a lot of compliments on them. 100 % satisfied!

The crew was excellent to work with. I am renovating an older home and the window openings were all different The crew discussed how the inside was going to be finished (butted, return, etc.) for the different windows. The look from the outside with trim looks the same all around and neatly finished the way we discussed on the inside so that drywall can be installed. A+ crew, A+ install, A+ experience!

My husband and I were very impressed with window nation. Our sales rep, Jeff, was great at explaining everything we needed to know about windows. He was not pushy at all and didn’t feel like a salesman. He was very friendly and also responsive after we signed the contract. He answered all of our questions quickly and efficiently. The team who came out and replaced the windows was phenomenal. They arrived 2 hours early and got started right away. They did 20 windows in 1 day. They walked my husband around multiple times to inspect the job and also even ended up buying him lunch which they all sat around and ate together. We are very happy with our windows. Of course windows are expensive but their price was more in our budget versus other window companies whose prices were very high. Now let’s just hope we get some money back on our ac and electric bills! I would definitely recommend Window Nation and their team to anyone looking for a friendly company who does an outstanding job and doesn’t break the bank!

Ordered 5 - 3 pane Vtech windows. Our windows are tall and the one was a bay that had 4 windows and Window Nation took the two in the middle and used one large window. What a view. Last home we lived in for 21 years and we used Window Nation and they did a great job. Bought a new home near an industrial park (noisy) The Vtech are heavy duty windows. Quieted down almost all the noise from outside, but not 100%. These are great windows. Our home has original Anderson windows from 2003. We had a hard time opening them and tilting. The tilting to clean was almost impossible even by my husband. I would never buy an Anderson window. Window Nation has everything you need.

Everything went smoothly from the salesman Nash, the window measurements, and install. Also our house is so much more comfortable, with the new windows.

We were thrilled with the entire process. From the initial discussions with Matt to the follow up call after the installation from Brittany (Service and Warranty department). They set out a plan and didn't miss a step. We were particularly pleased that they sent out four people the day of the install, this greatly sped up the process and they were able to get in and out in half a day.

From initial inquiry by telephone to final installation of the windows, this were impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and skill of all Window Nation representatives! The sales rep met with us and answered all of our questions, took measurements and offered 2 options for replacement windows. We chose the top of the line option to get the best warranty. Within a week, we had another representative come out and get detailed measurements. The windows were installed by a fantastic crew about 4 weeks after that. They took great care to protect our furnishings and flooring. They were courteous, careful and exceptionally skilled at replacing the windows. And...I have to mention that they were super accommodating to our 2 German Shepherd dogs, who wanted to see everything that was going on that day! Within 6 hours, all 12 windows were installed, trimmed and ready to go! The quality of the windows is excellent. It has reduced the outside noises, made our home more energy efficient and has upped the curb appeal. Overall, we would highly recommend Window Nation without any reservations.
