From the sales representative to the window measurement Gentlemen to the window installer they were all very pleasant and made me very comfortable. Prices were very reasonable.

Very well. Excellent performance. Workers didn’t get upset when my dog pooped on a tarp! All windows are fine but one nd I talked to Michael and he is setting up a service call. Only complaint is keeping sign in yard fir a month before installation. Way too long!

Everything went extremely well. Sam helped to schedule everything and the installers did an awesome job.

Everything from start to finish was great! Our salesman was very informative and answered all our questions. Our installers Dave and Dan were very professional and friendly!

As for the installation specifically...very good. The pair of installers were professional, well experienced and were quick and neat with the task at hand. The "B" rating had nothing to do with the installers. I'd give them an "A+"!

The Technician's or Window Installers were very professional and worked around our schedule and or preference. No complaint what so ever.

The installation team arrived between the time frame provided. They worked promptly and until the installation was completed. The team removed the old windows, as well as all debris from the work site. We received follow up calls, one from Michael checking our satisfaction with the project. My husband and I were very satisfied. We would definitely utilize Window Nation in the future.

EVERYTHING was perfect. My windows look great and air tight. . The installers were very knowledgeable regarding the install. I had 2 very nice gentlemen who installed the windows and they were polite and mindful of not leaving a mess on time and thorough. You would never know they were there! Im absolutely satisfied with Window Nation and will be calling on them again!

bad , they broke my shades and did not cap/molding around my door. so disappointed in them , would not recommend as they have not sought to resolve this matter it’s funny how when they want your money they call every other day but now i can’t even get a return call. disappointed

They tried to screw me with financing, they took out every window before putting one in, and I have one that isn't sealed properly.

He took his time with us explaining the different windows and pricing. We did not feel rushed to make a decision. He was very professional. He even took the time to call the day of installation to make sure everything was going well. The installers made sure everything was up to satisfaction. The crew of 4 arrived at 8:35AM and were finished at 1:30PM. They were professional, clean, courteous and diligent. The crew worked well together and had a positive team attitude!!! The 8 window completed installation looks spectacular! I highly recommend WN and especially this team and will hire them again.

Our salesman San was awesome. Very knowledgeable and have a good presentation. We purchased our Windows that night. They came and measured this past weekend. Can't wait to get them installed.

We were down for 2 days for installation. They were a bit late in coming, but the men got it all done in 1 day. What more could you ask for.?
