From setting up the appointment to final window installation, Window Nation made it effortless for me to obtain new windows. The sales rep worked around my schedule for the appointment, the field inspectors were polite when verifying measurements on site prior to installation, and the installers performed the work in a neat and orderly manner. All the way through the process from start to finish customer service informed me of the process and schedule.

Window nation made replacing our windows very easy. They look great and we are extremely pleased with the outcome! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Best decision we’ve ever made!

Denny, Denny and CJ were excellent. The hustled from the time they arrived until finished. They were very nice, professional and detailed. Some of my windows were very old and my house leans. They were very precise. They did an excellent job at cleaning up. Denny pointed out a few problems in my house that caused some of my water damage. I thought they were great and would definitelty recommend the to others. I am very happy with the job they performed.

Window Nation has been very responsive every time I contacted them. They showed up on time and were accommodating to my schedule. The installers were respectful and friendly. I had a amazing presentation by the sale rep. It was so good it made me switch companies and cancel the contract i had with another company. I took off work and they showed up on the install day and did not have the correct items to finish the install. Right door color wrong framing and finishing parts. I took off work again on the rescheduling day only for them to show up again without the needed items to finish the install. I have called and no one from the sales department will call me to talk about compensation or anything to finalize this issue. Great in making the sale not so hot in follow up customer service.

Installer Buddy did a fantastic job. The trim work looks better now than when the house was originally built.

Very happy with Window Nation from start to finish. I would like to say how impressed we were with Donald the installer. He was very professional, punctual, neat, clean, personable and most of all his attention to detail. Over all the entire experience was great.

Chris Yalch was the sales man that came to my house. Did a great job with his sales pitch. Once the contract was signed I couldn’t get a hold of him. Called, wouldn’t answer. Couldn’t leave voicemails because it was always full, emailed, and even text. I only ever got one response from him that wasn’t even helpful. Wanted to finish the last few windows in my house and couldn’t even get a hold of him for that. Installation guys were very nice and did a great job. However they did bring a broken window. I was told that they already contacted someone and they would be in touch to bring me a new window in 2 weeks. Those 2 weeks past and I never heard from anyone. I had to call customer service, who informed me they knew nothing about the broken window. Therefore I had to go through the process and wait an additional 3 weeks to get my window fixed. In the meantime I spoke with customer services about Chris. Within 24 hours Chris all the sudden was able to pick up a phone and call me. He wouldn’t even acknowledge his lack of responsiveness or what I was upset about and all the problems I was going though. All he wanted was to get the sale to finish all my windows. I cannot even fathom to give him Another dime of my money! Therefore the rest of my windows will have to be done by another company now. Moving on Warren came with my new window to fix the broken one In the middle of January. Was extremely nice and so helpful. I asked him to take a look at 2 of the 5 windows I had done because I was unable to get them to lock. He informed me that the windows seemed to be to big and that they were unable to lock because they don’t fit the window. He had to order me two new windows that were the right size. Two weeks later warren came back and replaced the windows and they now finally all close and lock by 1/24/2020. Warren Reis was amazing and I appreciate all of his help and work that he did. I wish I knew the names of the first set of installers as they were very nice and did a great job as well. My disappointment and anger comes mostly with Chris and his promise to be there to answer any of my questions throughout the entire process. And that was so far from the truth. completely unprofessional and awful business to have for such a well know company. I will not be recommending window nation to anyone!

The individual who measured the windows was punctual and very professional. The installers were punctual, worked quickly, answered all questions and did a great job cleaning up.

We have had numerous window companies give estimates over the last few years. Renewal By Andersen, Pella and a few others. All had really great windows but all were ridiculously expensive. Window Nation gave us a great estimate and followed through with a great product, excellent follow-up and an outstanding installation experience. The 3-man crew consisted of a father and his two sons. Dave, Daniel and Jake showed up exactly when we were told they would. All three were friendly, polite, informative and worked hard installing 9 windows on the front of our house. I was with them almost the entire day asking questions and watching them work. When they finished they cleaned up everything and left our house exactly as they found it in the morning. Our house is now more energy efficient and much quieter than before the work was done. We still need 7 more windows in our house and we will definitely work with Window Nation again and request the same crew next time. Well done!

Everything went according to plan. A very positive experience

Very well. Excellent job under extremely cold conditions. Shannon was very helpful in keeping us updated on the progress of the job.

It went well. The weather was very cold and they worked quickly and efficiently to minimize the effect of the cold air from entering the home. Suggestion: Maybe put a plastic barrier/box around the outside of the windows to minimize the cold air from entering the home.

Very professional and the installers made the experience great. Excellent workmanship and put down drop cloths throughout the inside of the home and cleaned up after. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with Window Nation. Josh did a wonderful presentation of the windows and the screens that came with them. It was everything that I could of hoped for and a huge improvement over my previous windows. The flex screens used were very impressive as well. The installers were punctual and very polite. They had the windows in in no time and demonstrated how to use them. I was very happy with this purchase and would use them again.

Very impressive, i am very critical and was expecting to be at least a little disappointed in the work and figured i would need to have someone come back to redo something. I was pleasantly surprised. They were professional, polite, efficient, respectful of my home, put down drop clothes, and swept up the floor anywhere they worked. They did such a beautiful job that we didn't want to cover the windows with blinds or curtains. (But we did of course). On another note, Jeryl our salesman was top notch. Had it not been for him being so friendly, polite, honest, and knowledgeable, i would not have made the purchase at all. I still can't believe everything went so well from beginning to end. I will recommend Window Nation to anyone i ever hear looking for new windows. Later this year i plan to call them in for the doors!
