Installation went extremely easy. The guys were very professional, clean and really cared about their work. I would definitely feel comfortable referring them.

BUYER BEWARE!! We would give this company zero stars if we could. We signed a contract at the end of November. We have a project that was supposed to be completed in mid-February - a month before the closure. We are still waiting. We went with WN because they were able to handle the full job: windows, doors, roof, and siding. Windows went in fine. Door install was shoddy / caulking mess, door was dinged and had to be replaced. Roof was done shoddily by a subcontractor, even when WN told us they did not sub out. We were picking nails and trash out of our yard for weeks afterward. No siding has been completed and we are being charged for gutters / spouts that were never installed. We requested siding with stone veneer. They said they could do that. We requested samples so we could pick colors. They took MONTHS to arrive, incomplete, no markings or labels. Only when we received them did we realize the samples were NOT real stone! They are Tando (molded vinyl) products. If we had not requested samples we would not have known until it was on the house. The lack of communication and the amount of time it has taken to finish this job is ridiculous. At this point, we've been partially finished through the closure and we have plywood that has now been exposed to the elements for months. I certainly understand that the closure has shaken things up and caused delays, but again - our job was supposed to have been finished well before it began. Aside from the "used car salesman", high-pressure sales tactics from Jeryl Wilborn (who had issues with other clients in the past and was eventually pulled from our account) at the get-go, we have been lied to repeatedly - about everything from errors in scheduling, to the products available, the work being sub-contracted out, charging us for unfinished jobs, and failure to communicate in a timely manner with information we needed in order to make decisions. Sales manager Cameron Howat told us that this is not the first time WN has bailed on a contract for failure to uphold their agreement. UPDATE: WN called us - after 6 months under contract - to say that they sold us a product they do not carry (Tando...even after their service guy had talked to us about installing it on other jobs) and they would not be able to honor the price agreed upon for the products we selected. If we wanted them to proceed, it would be $15K more than our contract price!! When we said this was unacceptable, they responded by bailing on the project with a letter saying they would mail us our refund for the siding job only. They are leaving us on the hook for the balance of jobs that are still not completed, as well as products not received (gutters and downspouts). At this point, they are not responding to calls or emails. We have never imagined that customer service from this company could be so poor. We will be filling complaints with the state attorney general's office and the BBB and leaving reviews wherever possible until the situation is resolved.

Awesome!! The young men were very PROFESSIONAL and got the job done efficiently!!! They were nice and answered all my questions!!! I have 15 windows and they were in and out!! The quality of the windows make my house look like it is brand new all over again!!!!!! I love it!!!

The sales team was great. Brian Zoelle was a delight and explained everything wonderfully. Then COVID-19 happened in the Pittsburgh area shutting down all non-essential business. Months went by with updates and reassurances from the team that we would have windows installed as soon as restrictions were lifted. The crew were early and ready-to-go. They did everything in sequence. Pulling out old windows on the second floor and prepping the openings for the new windows. The crew was great and kept the areas covered and clean. Excellent!!

A professional experience from beginning to end. We ordered windows before the Covid lockdown hit. The team from Window Nation never missed a beat. We received updates to let us know our windows were being manufactured and that while there would be a delay, they would keep us informed...which they did. Install team did a fantastic job to top it off. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The members of the installation crew were courteous and thorough. The team leader answered my questions and pointed out features of my new windows after they were installed. The auditor (Becky) stopped by and provided an additional positive experience with the company.

2 days to complete . Everything was perfect. We were cancelled 2 times due to the Corona virus, And the governor's order.Someone always kept us informed on potential start dates . Our salesman Don was very professional and very casual no pressure. Thanks a million.

It was probably the best experience we’ve had with renovations to our house! Working to get an understanding of what we needed and the installation was stress free! The installation was done with quality work and little mess. They were on time and were very friendly. I am so happy we decided to replace our windows, we can already see a huge difference when it comes to outside noises and no drafts! I recommend window nation to anyone who is looking to replace windows. A thank you to Shannon as well!

I had two separate crews. One for the windows and one for the doors. The window crew was excellent. They were on time every day. They were clear about their plan for each day so we could adjust with our pets etc. Install quality was great and completed as scheduled. The door crew was only here one day. They probably should have anticipated two days. The overall quality of the install was good and the crew was friendly. They were slightly argumentative with each other I think mostly out of frustration of trying to complete both doors in one day. Normal doors I could see easily two in a day. These were both French style doors with storm doors in a house built in 1902. Overall I am very pleased with the install.

Perfect , the 2 gentlemen were just that, gentlemen. We were given a days notice and they came in and helped get the window areas open. I (we) have nothing but nice things to say about them, the service man Chris and of course Jen. Thank you for everything.

Service was great. I was kept informed by calls and emails about the status of my order. I had to change my installation date twice and they were very accomodating. Also Michael called after the installation to check on how it went. Installation crew arrived on time. They were very careful and neat. Everything inside and outside was cleaned up and hauled away. New windows work great.

Worst Unprofessional experience ever. Go elsewhere! Don’t waste your time or money on Window Nation.

They did a great job of showing the windows and the selection of them. The installation was delayed because of the mandatory virus shutdown of business but once that was lifted they promptly made the appointment, the installer showed up on time and installed the window in reasonable amount of time. The installer made sure that everything was to our liking and made sure the work place was cleaned up before leaving.

The crew was fantastic, very friendly and professional during the entire process. The worked very quickly and did a great job taking out our old windows and putting in the new ones.

The process was smooth (aside from Covid-19), professional, and respectable. The two employees I worked with went above and beyond for me!

Excellent. There were no issues with anything.....even with Covid19 happening. They handled everything in a safe, respectful and professional way and I still got my windows on time.

I gotta say that from the beginning, our interactions with Window Nation were unexpectedly pleasant. The salesman, Jason Vogel, was not pushy. He made his pitch, explained the products and was patient with our questions. The install crew was awesome! They took the time and care to do a proper job of demo, installing and cleaning up after they were done.

12 new windows installed. Installers Dave and Dan arrived on time and worked nonstop till the job was complete and approved by my husband and I. They disposed of all the old materials and left everything spotless.

They did a fantastic job. Prompt, professional, quick and clean. Would recommend without hesitation. Big Denny, Denny and C.J. are on there game.
