Terrible on day 5 of a 1 day job, never get any call backs and my house has been torn up for a week. Service rep just says this is unacceptable and does nothing.

Due to Covid, it took a little longer (no fault of Window Nation) however, other than that, everything else was great. The team that installed the windows were amazing. I thought the job would be messy and that was definitely not the case. They cleaned up after themselves, they were fast and very professional. The team was Dave and his two sons. I highly recommend them.

The consultation went great but then we received an email for our install so to prepare we removed all blinds and moved furniture in 4 different rooms. Install day came and nobody showed up. I called the number from the email and the gentleman said he never scheduled an install and that our windows weren't even made yet. The next issue was that the installers decided to leave my fence gate, front door and baby gates all open the entire time I worked until I finally said it was unacceptable because my dog had gotten loose twice and my toddlers were constantly where they shouldn't have been because the gates were left open. On top of that the installers were speaking another language the entire time and could barely communicate with me. I am all for a diverse country and employing immigrants trying to make a better life however it's extremely unprofessional to not speak English on the job for work purposes. The final issue that we had was that the installers acted as though they were confused when I refused to sign the paper work to finish the install because they wouldnt walk me through their work. I finally just said I would get in contact with the company because one of my windows looks absolutely awful and still has half of the old outside seal jaggedly cut around it. My email has had no response.

The salesman who initially came to our house - Olani - was absolutely great. He was so patient and explained everything to our satisfaction. The pricing was also on point. We recieved a quote from a competing nationally-recognized company that was more than double what Window Nation provided and their windows had wider sashes (meaning less glass) and fewer security features. Two teams of workers came to our house and were extremely polite, professionaly, and QUICK! They replaced our ~20 windows in less than 5 hours and did a great job. I would highly recommend Window Nation. And ask for Olani if you're considering getting a quote!

I'm very happy with our experience with Window Nation. Jeffrey was so knowledgeable and actually tought us a few things about windows when we got our quote. We knew it would be a while to get them installed because of Covid, but his timeline was right on track. Kai's installation team did a wonderful job. They were very professional and efficient. Arielle and the rest of the Window Nation team that we worked with were amazing and we will definitely recommend them to our friends.

Arielle, the sales was terrific and pricing was as anticipated. Value and quality are great. Installation team was prompt, professional and did a great job. Their clean-up following the installation was also excellent.

Our Installer Donald Was Prompt,Courteous, On Time and did an excellent Job. he replaced 6 windows in less than 7 hours and all are 100% than the windows that were in the house.

Everything went really well. From the virtual appointment, to the install, everyone was very professional. We received a call the first week of June to schedule the installation. The two gentleman that came were on time, very nice and did an amazing job. One of Window Nation's team also stopped by to see how the installation was going. Overall we are extremely satisfied. We had 8 windows replaced.

The installers were professional and organized, they used dropcloths and cleaned up after their work. Windows looked beautiful and operate easily. This was a big job but they worked diligently all day and finished in 1 day, we were very pleased

It went just fine. They installers arrived when they said they would. Very professional. The windows were installed without problems, I'm very pleased with the quality of the windows and they really improved the appearance of my home. The installers cleaned up after themselves, you would never know any work had been done. Shannon was helpful with making appointment with sales dept.

They were great, they showed up on time and completed the work quickly and professionally, I would highly recommend them for windows and siding.

The staff were informative and arrived on time. They introduced themselves and explained the process. they wore their masks for the entire process. Dave from customer service also was inform I was referred to window nation by a friend who loved their service. ( Lisa Stoekle)

Overall I approve. The sales pitch was a little tacky in my humble opinion and took up a lot of time to sell me windows We already wanted to buy. My main complaint out of anything was the length of time between sale and window measuring. It was a few weeks so I emailed asking when the measurements would take place and within a few hours I got a call scheduling the measurements. A few days before I got a call stating they had to reschedule due to the pandemic-totally understand. I feel as if they forgot about me or something though originally. If they had scheduled the measurements within a normal amount of time the whole project would have happened a lot sooner. The window install came just a few weeks later and the installers did an excellent job, very professional wearing masking taking all the proper precautions you would expect. I would recommend and would use them again to finish the rest of the house’s windows. Just some kinks they need to work out on timing I suppose.

THE PROJECT WAS COMPLETED BY DON .IT TURNED OUT AMAZINGLY WELL WINDOWS ARE GREAT AND WORKMAN SHIP EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. I WOULD RECOMMEND WINDOW NATION TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
