The installers were great. They worked quickly. They did a great quality job. They were very friendly and did a great job cleaning up when they were done.

It was excellent. Alfred the installer was very precise and did a good job. Terry was a great sales rep. Great quality door!!!!

Two people measured the windows prior to install, and one was still measured incorrectly and one window was not locking properly, there was a floor to ceiling crack left in my living room wall, and the house was left with a lot of debris that was supposed to be cleaned. So the job was not completed on the first two day install. 6 weeks later I called wondering where our window was and they said things were delayed because of covid-19. Frustrating but Understandable. In July, 6 months after I started the process, I was finally able to get a tech out to address the issues, and he was completely oblivious to our situation and had no record of the order to fix my wall(which was the first issue that I had reported to the company) so another 3 weeks and moving the furniture in my house around for the 5th time, the wall was fixed. Company offered ZERO COMPENSATION for any and all of these inconveniences. Paid 15k for a house of efficient windows and didn't get that value and efficiency until winter was over.

Team was punctual actually early. They answered any questions I had. I also took advantage of the two promotions going on biy a window get one free. And with covid-19 2 uears to pay it off. I would definitely hire them again.

Went well. Installation was smooth with no unexpected intrusions. Did show up at the very end of the installation start window but overall very pleased. Michael and team took great pride in the job and product presented.

Great job. Better than I ever expected since the outside frames were so bad. The guys were great and very courteous. I will highly recommend Window Nation to everyone. What an amazing transformation to this old house. Love it !!!!!!

The installation was terrible . Very sloppy caulking around the windows . The sliding glass door is missing parts . The screen has a lock but the latch is completely missing on the frame so there is nothing there for the screen to latch onto, let alone lock . At the top of the door frame is a large screw that should be going into the frame of the door but came out sideways . The frame is loose where the door attaches since the screw did not go into the frame . There are many things that were wrong with the installation. The worst part about it is the company is unresponsive . I’ve made many calls and sent e-mails since the installation on July 7th . They sent a tech out to look at the damage on August 3rd and I haven’t been able to have anyone call me back to schedule anything to be replaced or repaired since . I would not recommend Window Nation to anyone .

The team of Mark, Steve Sr., Steve Jr., and Boston were stellar. On time, friendly, professional, neat, masked, and attentive to details.

The small crew of guys that removed our old bay windows and installed new windows did an overall phenomenal job. They were all very professional and took care of the whole process inside of a handful of hours, between demolition, installation, and cleanup. The price of the job was a fair bit more than anticipated for new windows, but if the actual results mirror the demo we were shown during our appraisal, it's well worth the cost. Aside from one window that takes a bit more effort to open or close than the other new windows, they all are incredible by all appearances (still waiting for them to double-check that one, though).

The windows I got are fantastic. The installers, however, were less than professional. They were very arrogant and belittled the youngest member of the team. I believe they were family however that does not make it ok to talk down to someone.

Very well and very satisfied !!! The window installers were local people and did an outstanding job for us. We did recommend Window Nation to our next door neighbor and she is getting her windows installed today. And we will keep our Window Nation sign up in the front yard !! Awesome. Workers were thorough, conscientious, and answered any and all questions during the installation. They were friendly and easy to talk to. They left the job site clean. We are very pleased with the end results of the new windows.

Install was good but trying to get a defective door fixed took many phone calls. They would say someone would get back to me, it took me 3 extra calls and getting madin order for them to do anything. Took almost a month to get anyone out. Totally unacceptable. For this I would not use them again even though the product is good. Customer service after the install is a struggle

Paul exceeded my expectations for the 6 windows I had installed. He did a fantastic job making sure all my windows and trim matched even when they didn’t before the installation. (The previous owners did horrible DIY jobs and nothing is the same anywhere inside or outside the home. It is definitely a fixer upper) I am extremely happy with the end result and the quality of the windows. I chose the low e glass, argon gas, and tinted windows. After the job was done, Michael called to inquire about how everything went. I will recommend Window Nation to anyone who is looking for above average windows.

Excellent experience overall. The installers were punctual, professional, and skilled at their job. They were patient with our questions and explained everything clearly. They cleaned the areas after each window installation and left the house spotless . I will recommend Window Nation to anyone who needs their services.

Installers were great. I am missing a screen in one window. I am not happy at all with the screens for any of the windows.

Very easy process from start to finish especially during this crazy pandemic year. The installer Don was very professional went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the appearance of our windows. Couldn't be happier and receive a number of compliments on the look.

everything went good. But they installed a screen that had a tear in it. I talked to get a new one and I get the story we are too busy. It is just a screen drop it off and one screen thats it. How hard is that to do

They took a deposit check they said wouldn’t be cashed. The contract fell through and the day before Jason said the check goes to the shredder and is destroyed they cashed it. Fighting for days trying to get my money back. Bunch of liars

Having a HORRIBLE experience with this company. DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone put themselves through this scam. Firstly, they claim to have a buy two windows, get two free deal. I came to find that this is absolutely false because the sales people DO NOT know the true cost of the windows so they give whatever discount they think will get you to buy. Meaning they give all different pricing to people which is why you will never see line item cost listed anywhere, including your contract. Second, I have tried to email customer service 10 TIMES! They continue to send me "give us your feedback, how can we help" emails and NEVER respond. It is a complete joke. It has also now been two months and I'm unable to get billing information on paying the loan because no one knows what is going on at Window Nation when you call, they just keep bouncing you around. Lastly, the windows are crap! I cant even open the one because it sticks. They sent someone out the next day after install and said that is just how it is so it stays sealed... Yep, stuck me with a window I can't open! What a scam. Do not fall for it!
