The service, professionalism and over all experience was wonderful!! Michaels entire team was great! My husband and I are working from home currently and they did a great job with completing our offices first. They completed it all in one day!! They were done at 4:30! They showed us how to work the windows and walked us around the home to inspect before they left. We had mentally prepared for a mess at the end of the day but they cleaned everything so well! The house was spotless. We are very happy with them and are looking to have our patio doors replaced as well

Window Nation delivered just as promised! They were on time and very professional. They explained exactly what they were doing and why they were doing it. They cleaned up after each day's work and left the place spotless. I would highly recommend.

Installer was on time and professional. Cleaned up after the window install throughout the house, both inside and outside. Show me the window features and how to remove and install the screens. Although I was supposed to get half screens, the full screens are fine.

Overall OK, Installers forgot to caulk areas on windows

8 of the 9 windows replaced are great, if that was all then this would be a positive review. 1 of the windows was installed broken. I was told by the installer (Chris) that he would report it and I would be called the next day to get the slider window replaced withing 5 days. That was 8 days ago. I received an email and phone asking about quality after 2 days and told the person who called my issue. She forwarded me to service who said they would take care of it and call me in a day to get the window fixed. That was 2 days ago. The 8 windows are much better then the 40 y/o construction grade windows that were replaced, but none of those windows where cracked. So overall at this point it is not a good experience. I had 3 double hung, 2 crank to side, 1 solid and 1 that previously was a crank to side replaced with solid in center and sliders on left and right. It was the slider on the right side that has a sideways V shaped break in the glass. I should not have to keep contacting window nation to get a install of a broken window fixed. They know the issue, so just fix it!

We were nervous that they weren’t going to cut new trim around the windows but Sergi and Vergus reassured us that it would be done right. They worked efficiently, clean and very professional. Windows look great and we couldn’t be happier.

Everything went very smooth. The installer was on time did the job and cleaned up every thing. We are very satisfied with the installations.

Replacement of all windows in house

Great! No problems. The technician showed up exactly on time, quickly performed the service, and demonstrated that the window latches worked correctly. Perfect experience!

Perfect. Could not have done a better job. Met with pleasant, non-pushy salesman in June. We were able to order high quality windows with a wood-look interior (not available with the other window installers we had met with previously) and white exterior at a very reasonable price compared to other quotes received. We were told 6-8 weeks until installation. With Covid-19 situation, Window Nation representative kept us informed when a delay in installation may be necessary. However, windows arrived on time and on August 25 received a call to see if windows could be installed the next day because the company had a last minute window installment cancellation somewhere else. Since this quick notice was not a problem for us, 4 hard working, courteous installers arrived the next morning at 8am and worked until 6pm (with only 1/2 break during the day). This team really knew what they were doing removing and installing 21 windows, with caulk, trim, exterior siding, etc...And, they cleaned up all the debris from the work they performed inside and outside of the house. Windows look beautiful! Didn't realized the difference high quality windows could make. Hardly hear a sound from outside and the outdoor heat is not getting in. We would definitely use Window Nation again and highly recommend them to everyone else.

We were very pleased with the end-to-end experience. Our sales person came 2 days after we initiated contact with Window Nation, and we were impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness. The person who came to measure was very efficient and explained things well. Lastly the installation process was excellent - the 2 installers arrived on time and were very efficient and professional.

GREAT-in and out quietly and cleanly

I contacted Window Nation for an estimate to replace all the windows in my home. I had already contacted another company and wanted a second estimate. The meeting with the Window Nation sales rep was definitely a more-pressure sales pitch than with the other company, which I didn't like (the sales guy told me he liked that I had a corner lot and that I was going to make him a lot of money with the sign in the yard - which I thought was pretty inappropriate), but the price was better so I went with Window Nation. I was kept informed of the delays in production, and received a message to set up a time to install within the timeframe estimated (6-8 weeks from purchase). I was told the installation would be a full day and possibly going into the second day for a bit, and that I'd get a call two days before install to let me know what to expect and what I needed to do to prepare. The day before the install, I had to call Window Nation because no one had contacted me. I was told the crew would arrive between 8 am and 11 am the next day. 11 am surprised me, as I thought it would be much earlier. I was told there would be 3 people on the crew. The day of install, two people arrived around 10:30. The main installer worked very hard and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. I was told that the next day would have 3 people and they'd finish it up. The next morning, only 2 people arrived, the main installer and then another installer who was also a hard worker and experienced. The installers were actually the best part of the Window Nation experience. I had contacted my sales rep with a concern, and never heard back from him. I feel like it's a high pressure experience to get people to sign up, then you're just another number with the company. The work was finished on day 2, and the crew did a great job cleaning everything up. There was actually less mess with the install than I thought there would be. I give 5 stars to the installers, and 3 stars to Window Nation overall.

The installation went very well. Only complaint was the cleanup was not great. A mess was left on the floor in a room and on the deck as well. Other than that, everyone was very professional during the install.
