Installers were very professional and knowledgeable. Very Happy with our purchase!

We had several estimates for our 23 windows. Window Nation was in the middle price wise. What tipped the scales was that our salesman was the only one who made sure our windows were up to current building codes relative to windows in our bathrooms and basement. It took longer than expected to make our windows but they did keep us informed throughout the process. The installers were punctual and professional. A three man crew installed all 23 windows in one day - 10 hours. They were very tidy, no evidence they had removed and installed windows. The windows look great. We are excited to start seeing a reduction in our energy costs with winter just around the corner.

The windows look great! Installation was very smooth. Trevor was the salesman and was wonderfully helpful with all my questions. Michael also was amazing to deal with. I was not here during the installation and my son cannot remember the names of the two men who put the windows in but he said they were both very nice and did a great job. He felt bad about forgetting to tip them. They both had the same name and he wanted to make sure they were acknowledged. All in all the entire process sent very smoothly and I will be using them again to get the rest of my windows done very soon. Thanks for a great job.

Everything went very well, installer was professional, on time, and kept all area cleaned. He was a one man dynamo. Arrived at 8:30 a.m. and was completely finished by 4:55. Would highly recommend him and this company.

The installers arrived earlier than anticipated however I was happy about that. They were finished with the install before lunch and cleaned every room of all debris. The 3 men were very professional and courteous. I believe their names were Doug Sr, Doug Jr, and CJ. I would hire these men over and over again for any project needed around the house.

Aside from having the wrong picture window, which was retrieved quickly. The install went quickly and smoothly, especially with only one person. Was done by early afternoon.

Overall well. just 1-2 follow up items to close on.

The gentleman Alfred was here earlier than anticipated, which was good. He listened to my concern, tested the window, realized there were broken parts, and quickly replaced them. Alfred offered me tips on operation and cleaning going forward. I'm very satisfied with this service call. Window Nation stands by their product.

Although wait time from initial purchase to actual installation ( more than two months) was too long, everything went very well. Actually better than expected. Michael, our salesman, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Installers were very professional and punctual and did a great job. We are considering siding now and will definitely put Window Nation at top of list for estimates.

Window Nation and Michael who helped us through the process are wonderful. We hired them to replace 18 of 20 windows, and we were able to take advantage of a special that upgraded the glass to a more energy efficient option. When the installers came, we learned our old windows had no insulation around them. They were professional and fast, taking less than 2 days to do the entire home. Now, our home is significantly quieter, and the upstairs and downstairs remain the same temperature. Even when it's gone back over 80 degrees, our upstairs is cool-- that didn't happen before. We are SO happy with this purchase and how easy the process was. I can't recommend them more.
