real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreContacted appraisal company repeatedly and received no satisfaction. Appraisal was substantial less than 3 previous appraisals completed over last 3 years. The comps were inadequate -- limited analysis and comparison. The report appeared to be slapped together and incomplete. Wasn't worth the paper it was printed on. The lender agreed and apologized. Wasn't much that could be done except complete another appraisal. Save yourself the time, aggravation and money -- never hire Greenhouse to complete an appraisal if you want a quality product.2
Description of Work: Richard, appraiser, arrived late and did not complete a thorough review of the property. Left without taking the necessary pictures. Appraisal rejected by the bank and required follow up work.
