The price included both the times they came out. The owner is John Bauer. He is very prompt and very professional. He comes in the door putting on the booties. He tells me what the estimate is or tells me exactly what it is going to be. If he has the parts on his truck, he goes ahead with the work. If he doesn't have them on his truck, he goes to the nearest supply house and gets it on the same day and finishes the job. He is very friendly. He is easy to work with. He doesn't feel bad if you question what he is doing.

I have been dealing with John since we moved into our house in 1997. He has always responded quickly or told me if he would be delayed. He has always been able to address whatever issue I had. There have been several occasions when he talked me through something over the phone so that I could fix it myself. I have complete faith in his ability as a plumber and his fair fees.

Diday is very reasonably priced. He is very thorough, cleans up completely and has a great personality!

I love the plumber implicitly. I originally met him through home warranty about 3 years ago and he has done every bit of plumbing for me ever since. His prices are reasonable. He shows up when he says he is going to show up. He doesn’t fix things that don’t need to be fixed. I would definitely use his services in the future too.

He came within 2 hours of my call. He looked at the job that need to be done, and came back promptly the next day to complete the work. He was very professional and an all around nice guy.

Called John Diday the day before, he came the next day, unblocked the sewer line and had time to work on the bathroom sink - that was not scheduled. I've used John Diday since 1998 when we had a home warranty and have continued to use him because he is so good. The one time I didn't use him because he was out of town and we had a plumbing emergency was a complete financial disaster.

Great. I phoned John on the Wednesday and he came on the Friday because I told him I'd have a full house that weekend. He had both jobs completed very quickly, no problems.

Diday was referred to me by HSA, a home warranty company. The $50 was my deductible. John arrived early and immediately put on paper overboots to make sure he didn't track in dirt. He was personable, efficient and worked quietly. HSA doesn't restrict his choice of parts, so he used good quality parts that were right for the job.

John met me at my parents' house to price the job, and then came back twice more to do the work. He and his crew were punctual each time and cleaned the work site up when they left. Considering the amount of time spent on the job, I thought it was a little expensive but that's life.

My call was immediately answered by John. We scheduled an appointment for the next afternoon. He was on time and completed the work very quickly. He also answered questions I had regarding my water heater; referring me to someone else for a better price.

PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE PRICE OF STEMS. HE WAS PROMPT, PLEASANT TO WORK WITH AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED. HE GUARANTEES HIS WORK AND DOESN'T CHARGE BY THE HOUR, BUT BY THE JOB. SO, HE SPENT MORE TIME AT MY HOUSE THAN THE PRICE INDICATES. HE GAVE ME ADVICE ABOUT SOME OTHER PROBLEMS, BUT DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE TIME. HE SEEMS VERY HONEST. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN!

THEY WERE RELIABLE, COURTEOUS, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. JOHN USUALLY WORKS WITH HIS FATHER-IN-LAW WHO HAS BEEN IN THE BUSINESS FOR 50 YEARS. THEY COVERED THEIR SHOES BEFORE WALKING ON THE CARPET AND COVERED THE RUG THEY WALKED ON WHEN COMING IN FROM OUTSIDE. (THE COST WAS $50 BECAUSE IT WAS COVERED BY MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY).

JOHN AND HIS CREW WERE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT. ARRIVED ON SCHEDULE. KEPT WORKSITE AREA CLEAN, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THEY WERE DOING, INCLUDING THE MISTAKES THE PREVIOUS HOMEOWNER MADE ON THE PLUMBING FEATURES. PRICE WAS WHAT WAS QUOTED. WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.
