Great, no complaints, would recomend

Decided on another vendor but it was a tough decision

They accommodated our needs, which were to complete the work in a very narrow time window, due to closing and moving in dates, completed in time, with no additional charges. We have the hardwood floors now in since 3 weeks, and have not discovered any issues. We are very happy with the service and product they provided.

The work was simply excellent. Bekar's team was courteous, punctual, clean, responsive to questions, and provided feedback and recommendations throughout the process. They quickly worked through issues, including repairing an uneven floor that required leveling, and STILL got the work done on time. In the picture included, you'll notice that the floor runs right into the tile without need for a T-molding. That's not easy to do. Bekar was upfront with pricing, extremely reasonable, and responded immediately to emails and calls. I can't recommend LLB enough, and in fact we are using them again in the next week to install carpet in a number of rooms in our house. Services performed: * removal and haulaway of old carpet * installation of bamboo flooring in two rooms * installation of underlayment * leveling of floor in one room * installation of quarter-round in two rooms

Flawlessly. We had LLB install hardwood floors in our kitchen and rec room. They removed and disposed the old carpet in the rec room and removed and disposed the old hardwood floor in the kitchen. Bekar was very helpful in the decision making process and responded immediately to answer any questions during the process. We love our new floors and are having LLB return to extend the hardwood floor into our dining room.

We were working with Bekar for a month before we decided to hire him to install the carpets. He's very responsive and visited our home several times to show us different carpets to ensure we were happy with our selection. The people who installed the carpets arrived on time and completed the job ahead of schedule with great professionalism. We have also been working with him to get new hardwood floors installed and will hire him when we are ready to make that investment.

Everything went well. The new floor looks good. The installers showed up at the appointed time and were very professional in their approach to the job. They removed all of the old flooring and carpeting. The rooms were clean when they left. Bekar made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We had a minor concern about where the edge of the floor met the basement steps. However, someone came out a few days later to fix it, so everything is fine. A few months later, the floor is still as good as new. However, we found out from another source that we need to be careful about the type of mat we place on the kitchen floor by the sink. Some mats can cause vinyl to yellow. We contacted Angle, the manufacturer, for guidance on this. They told us to avoid mats that contain phthalates. We found a phthalate-free mat online, so hopefully the floor will not be damaged.

It went very well. No problems, floor looks great.

They went above and beyond to make us happy. I highly recommend them.

Job was completed with quality, care and completed within the given timelines. Crew was on-time and stayed late when needed to finish certain sections. They took care when moving all furniture and did a good job keeping the job site clean.

Bekar was very responsive throughout the entire process, from the initial inquiry to project completion. I always received a same-day response to any questions I had. Scheduling was easy. His crew was friendly and hard working. The job was completed in two days as promised and the quality of work was very good. I'd definitely use LLB again.

It went well, the installer did a beautiful job, it looks great and the attention to detail was top notch.

There were some unanticipated problems removing the old floor but they dealt with them without increasing the cost of the job.

The consultation and work went extremely well. Bekar met with me initially at the scheduled time, looked at and measured the basement, and suggested flooring options. He suggested a waterproof floor that would resist warping like my previous laminate floor. He also followed up to see if I still wanted the work done while I obtained other estimates. When I decided, we scheduled a time for him to do the work and his staff showed up as promised, worked quickly over two days, and were respectful and clean the time they were working. I was very pleased with the result--an attractive and level floor.

Job was completed timely. At the end of it walked through the job and corrected any items that didn't look right. It was a very good experience and everything was explained.

I contacted LLB Flooring based on the customer feedback that I saw on Angie's List. Bekar responded almost immediately to set up an appointment and discuss what I would like to get done. He has a wealth of flooring experience and worked with me to find the product that would look and perform best in my house. My pets and lack of mud rooms required something study, and I wanted it to look good. Bekar recommended Coretec from USA Floors and had samples with him. He took the time to explain the job, flooring details and how the job would proceed. He was always very responsive and agreeable, even when I changed the floor style after looking at internet pictures. Phone, text or email questions received very quick answers. When the floor arrived, he arrived with his team. He wanted to be on hand in case there were surprises when the old carpet came up. Then he left his team to work. These guys worked HARD for an extended day to get the job done. Removing and taking away old carpet, cleaning, moving furniture, putting the new floor down, then cleaning again. It was messy while in progress, but they left the place dust free and straightened out. And, since it was done in one day, disturbance was minimal. The job went exactly as it was explained to me in the beginning. Bekar made a follow up visit and asked to look around. You have to respect that he came to inspect the work and to make sure it was up to his expectations. My floors look FANTASTIC. When the second floor of my house is ready, I'm giving LLB Flooring a call, with absolutely no hesitation. I would recommend them for any hardwood, LVT or carpet. We used Bekar and his team for hardwood floor replacement throughout our new house a few months ago, and we went back to them when we were looking to get our basement carpet ripped up and replaced - with no surprise, Bekar and his team were EXCEPTIONAL. They were very professional and got the job done in one day. We could not have asked for better service and are VERY happy with how everything turned out (but we didn't expect anything less). Unfortunately, we have no other floors to replace in our home but would use LLB again without any question. We will be recommending them to friends/family!

The short summary is that Bhascar and his team did an excellent job with our hardwood installation. Not only did they provide quality hardwood installation work, but also demonstrated stellar professionalism throughout the entire job. Beckar established an immediate credibility and trust with me in our first estimation meeting. He came across as very knowledgeable, objective, responsive, and trustworthy. Moreover, Beckar has great listening and consultative (not pushy sales) skills. He provided very insightful and objective design ideas/options that I found very helpful in making the final decision on the scope of the overall hardwood installation job. The owner, Bekar, is very professional knowledgeable, and responsive. He immediately returned my calls and texts and kept me fully up to date throughout the process. He visited our home to personally discuss our project, take measurements, discuss wood options and show us samples. He made recommendations but was not pushy, and provided an estimate that same day which was a fair cost for the job. He was flexible with my busy work schedule and found times that were convenient for my schedule to be home for the woord delivery and installation. On installation day, he brought a crew of 3 professional wood craftsmen who worked tirelessly for 3 days, almost 10 hours a day. The crew was professional, clean and courteous and communicated clearly with me asking questions if they weren't sure of something. Bekar personally visited the job several times to ensure everything was going as planned. Bekar came with lots of samples and we selected one that would match our older main-level floor that is also red oak, having faded to that yellow-gold color after a few years. He let us know very quickly of the availability of the product and we scheduled accordingly. His crew is very fast, efficient and expert on their job. They know their business and they are very focused - no one is ever just standing around, texting or anything that would indicate a weak work ethic. We had 2 floor repairs that an inexperienced installer would not have been able to do - his crew worked both of them and the finished product is flawless. That's what matters.
