The experience was exceptional. Bekar was very responsive, and punctual. The tem performing the work were also punctual, and very professional. They removed the old hardwood, laid new plywood, and installed new hardwood and shoe molding. The pride they take in their work really shines through in the final results. We are very happy, and glad we chose LLB Flooring. Disregard the trash bag in one of the pictures. They also cleaned up very well.

Bekar and his team did our flooring job which included hardwood installation, refinishing, and some floor repairs. Everything looks beautiful. Bekar is very flexible, responsive, and gave us great suggestions to complete our project. Any issues with the project that arose were quickly discussed and taken care of, which really eased the stress of getting a large job done. Thanks for a great job in our new home!

The owner of the company came out right away to provide an estimate. His pricing was very fair and it was easy to communicate with him. Workers came out on time as scheduled and finished the job in one day. It is obvious that they have a lot of experience with this type of work and the floor looks beautiful.

I can't say enough about LLB Flooring. They did such a great job installing our hardwood flooring. They came out on Monday to get a look at my project and estimate the costs. By Monday night I had my estimate. The work is so well done. All I had to do was sit back and enjoy the work. They even hauled away my old carpet and moved the furniture. LLB Flooring have a great work ethic and are excellent at what they do!! Great prices, great service, beautiful results!!!

From the estimate to completion everything went as planned. The estimate was reasonable, the material available was high quality and the service very professional. The flooring was delivered as promised and the work carried out promptly. The crew was polite and careful. They moved the furniture and other possessions with great care and replaced everything in good order. The work was.carried out without interruption until complete. On small problem was immediately remedied.

Bekar was very easy to work with. Bekar was very prompt in measuring the Floor and gave me a rough estimate on the spot. Hardwood installation Work for Bedrooms,steps,living room and dining room(all ~1250 sqft)was finished without my supervision and in 3 days.They were very professional and very fast. I followed Bekar's suggestion of Hardwood Flooring sellers and they did have a better quality wood and many choices for colors.

Bekar was a pleasure to work with. He was very proactive preparing for the job, submitting all the necessary paperwork to my HOA, and performing the actual work precisely within the pretty tight timeline. I wasn't even in town when his team did the job, but they did not require my supervising. They did a great job, and kept everything clean. The results are fantastic!!! I would definitely recommend Bekar and his firm to anyone needing the new floors, and I am pretty sure that my own place will not require any additional work for as long, as I live here.

We just had carpeting and luxury vinyl plank flooring installed with LLB Flooring. Bekar at LLB Flooring is a true professional and an overall very nice person. He inspected my current flooring (some original tile in bathrooms) and suggested which vinyl planking system would work best based on the condition of my floors. He also brought carpet samples with him to make things easier for me. The installers did a wonderful job. Bekar even went out of his way to help me fix some wet cement that my son stepped in two blocks away. Would definitely hire again!

Initial home visit to discuss jobs and choose colors/products. I took a long time to make choices about everything for which there was a choice. Owner nice but did not write out a complete invoice for each of the three different types of floor with the product name, model, price…, just wrote final amount of total on paper. I should have known right there not to go with this company even though I had read good things about on Angie’s List. Day one, a Monday, 2 non-English speaking workers arrive to refinish my hardwood floors (living room/dining room/2 sets of steps), very late and decide it is OK, without asking, to plug in a crock pot full of meat in my kitchen – my kitchen has restrictions on what and what cannot be there for religious reasons. They also attached the sanding machine directly to my fuse box in what appears to be an unsafe manner – photo attached. They did not tell me, but after they left, I found a huge stuffed trash bag left by them on my lawn. The next day a different person shows up, also non-English speaking making communication difficult to ask me what color stain I want and what finish – I had already chosen these when I ordered the work originally and the previous day with the other subcontractors. Day three the same contractor arrived – no issues. The owner did not come out on any of the days nor did he call or email to ask how the job was going. The owner called me Friday evening, day five to say he scheduled Saturday to have his workers move my furniture back without asking me if that day would be OK, which it was not. He said we would do it on Monday instead. Monday came and he said it would be done on Tuesday. Tuesday came and he said it could not be done until Friday and he suggested the workers could move the furniture and install the foyer floor at the same time. Friday comes and two new non-English speaking workers arrive again making communication very difficult and they had no idea they were supposed to move the furniture back before installing the floor. Despite having my phone number and me being home, the workers decided it was OK, without asking, to turn the air conditioner down to 70. I consider that disrespectful. They banged my china cabinet somehow and chipped a spot. They also rolled my piano over the just finished hardwood floor leaving a scratch. They installed the floor in a way where the tiles do not go in a straight line through the room, but go on an increasing slant. Scheduled the last room project finally! – carpet installation in 2 large rooms. Two different non-English speaking men showed up and did not knock or ring the bell, but walked right in my house! Since they had to move lots of furniture communication was important but challenging due to the language barrier. Owner said he may stop by, most likely to get final payment since he has shown little interest in the job since he came to the house for a proposal over five weeks ago. The contractors used my driveway to lay out and cut the carpet which would have been fine, but they did not let me know they were doing this and blocked my car in. Just at that moment, the owner pulls up further blocking me in. When I asked them politely to move because I needed to leave the owner told them to finish cutting first. I more pointedly asked him to move his car and the carpet as I had to leave now and said it would not have been a problem if they had let me know they needed the driveway. When I came back, they were done and gone. No phone call first to ask me if I could check to make sure everything was OK. Then the owner called me 4 times, leaving a voice mail, but no email/text or effort to communicate in another way. He continued to call daily. I paid the balance of the invoice online and then received an email that more money was due because I used a credit card but the site he used to process payments did not say there was a charge for using a credit card and automatically put in the total and marked the balance due as zero (pictures attached). His Angie’s List posting does not mention an extra charge for using a credit card. I would not recommend using LLB flooring if you care about the company showing respect to you and your home. I hope the contractors are legally here and that they are paid a fair wage by the owner.

We absolutely love our carpets and enjoyed working with LLB Flooring. The quote and carpet choice process was very easy since they bring carpets to you and give quote on site. Bekar even went so far as to teach me how to tell the difference between low quality and high quality carpets so that when another company came to give me a quote, I would know the difference. We had no idea what kind of carpets we wanted and Bekar talked through all choices and explained differences. The install also went great. His men were professional and got everything done in one day, including moving furniture.

The materials were ordered and delivered in a timely manner, The removal of the old flooring and the installation of the new flooring was done on time, as agreed and very professionally. The crew members were polite and courteous. They carefully moved the furnishings out of the way and returned them to their original places. The representative who gave us the estimate was knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the type of flooring used. The company was very responsive to our contacts.

Went well & they 2 man crew cleaned up well & took old carpet away. They did well with moving all the heavy bedroom furniture out & back in the bedroom.

The owner of LLB Flooring was Bekar. He was very quick to come out and provide a basic estimate of cost for services. Bekar provided a wide variety of options for flooring and walked us through the difference of each for wear and tear purposes. Once estimate was provided and a down payment made, Bekar promptly set up an installation date. When the work started Bekar was very quick to address any issues that came up and regularly communicated any necessary changes that needed to be made. The job was stretched out due to more issues with the flooring along the way but we were made to feel like the top priority of LLB Flooring. The finished product was very refined and every step of the way was handled in a highly professional manner.

There was a problem after the job was finished, but they fixed it as they promised they would.

The person who did the repair was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what was involved and completed it in a timely manner. The job was done well. Terrific company to deal with!

I called LLB Flooring to provide an estimate for new hardwood floors throughout my home. Bekar was very responsive and either picked up the phone every time i called but in the instance that he was unavailable he called me right back. He was on time to the appointment, which is very refreshing, as i have dealt with many contractors who have not. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and gave me an understanding of what products are best in different circumstances. After I decided on what exactly i wanted he was a pleasure to work with. He found a way to be able to get what i wanted into the budget i needed. As the work was being performed I was so happy with the work they were doing installing the wood floors, that i also asked him to refinish my stairs. The work couldn't have been done any better. Not only was he able to make my dreams come true by being able to get everything in my budget, but he was also able to get the work completed in the short window i had available. If you are in need of new floors or just looking to refinish them, i promise you LLB Flooring will make your dreams a reality.

Bekar was very responsive. After my first phone call he came to my Philly row-house the next day. He was friendly and knowledgeable and made some suggestions and sent an estimate within 24 hours. Even though it was 4 or 5 months later that I called to have the job done, he honored the original estimate and the work was done the following week. His crew was hard-working, on-time, did a beautiful job, and cleaned up and hauled away the old floor materials. Bekar called that evening to follow-up and told me to call him if there were any problems. I highly recommend him and his crew.

The work was scheduled fast and the workers were very professional, hard working and respectful. The floor replacement was the easier of the two. LLB had the wood available to match the existing floors in the place. So we didn't have to do much and the price included everything. The work was done professionally and very efficiently within a few days and the floors are beautiful! Bekar even answered some text questions on cleaners for the wood the first time I mopped those floors. The kitchen was a far more complicated job. The old tile had to be removed and the cabinetry couldn't be removed. We had to pick out our own tile and grout, which we did from the Tile Shop, with some guidance from Bekar as to the size, the type of tile (porcelain) and what to avoid. The floor underneath, which was over a crawl space, was very uneven and had nails sticking up. At first the floor looked beautiful but a few days after the work was done, we found some areas of grout that needed some touch ups and we decided we needed a different transition piece between the wood floor and the kitchen tile, as the tile was a bit higher and we were worried people could trip walking into the kitchen on the piece put there. I contacted LLB and Alex, the guy who had worked on the kitchen, came back to give me options for the transition piece. As I wanted time to consider the best option, he did some work on the grout and scheduled a different morning to come back to work on the transition piece. He even came up with a solution to a floor trim being on different levels. And he also fixed some other spots of the grout which had settled in a funny way and needed a bit of work. I judge a company not only by how well they do the job the first time but whether they are willing to come back to fix issues, big and small. This tells me how much they value customer satisfaction and in this case LLB came through.

It couldn't have gone better. From the initial contact through completion of the project, at each step of the way LLB Flooring had the best customer service, was INCREDIBLY responsive, treated my home with respect, treated me as though my business mattered and delivered the finest quality finished product. The men who performed the work were professional and pleasant. The owner was just about the most thorough contractor that I've ever worked with and really aimed to please. We are considering additional work in the future. LLB Flooring will be first contractor we'll call.
