Mr. Chavchanidze was very prompt on our first meeting. He brought a nice variety of samples (not too few and not too many as to be overwhelming). He was polite and offered some good suggestions, without pushing any particular product. He was prompt in scheduling the work and gave me a good explanation as to what to expect regarding timelines and the finished product. The work was scheduled within a week and his workers arrived as expected and on time very day. They were polite and efficient. The end product looks beautiful and I would do business with him again any time!

Bekar came out for the estimate on time and promptly provided me with everything I needed in order to make the right decision. He explained everything he would do and put it in writing in the form of an estimate. His estimate came in under the local, highly rated Angie's list flooring companies and with LLB's great ratings, I figured it was a no-brainier to give them a try. The work was performed within the timeframe quoted with the final product turned out amazing. The workers were polite, clean and hard working. I would highly recommend this company to others in the Camden County area. You won't be disappointed.

Bekar delivered excellent service. He was right on time for the time we scheduled the estimate. He was very helpful in helping us decide what exactly we wanted. He even helped us pick out the color of flooring to match our kitchen! His team had the floor installed the following week which was nice we didn't have to wait a long time for the installation. There were a few bad spots in the floor (as a result of faulty product not the installation) and I contacted Bekar to let him know this. He apologized even though it wasn't his fault and he had his team back to the house to correct the spots with new pieces of the flooring immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to use LLB Flooring again in the future and would recommend them to others.

LLB Flooring was great. I had water damage from a burst pipe and the entire floor needed to be replaced. They came out to provide a quote that was extremely price competitive. Their turnaround time was 3 or 4 days. The job was completed in one day by a team of 5 employees. It was roughly 1100 sq ft job. I will absolutely be reaching out to LLB flooring in the future if I need anymore flooring work completed. Thanks for your hard work, on-time arrival, and commitment to doing a great job.

Everything went great! They were prompt in responding when I first started looking for contractors. They can to my house with samples. When I choose the flooring I was quoted a reasonable price and we scheduled a date for installation. My flooring was delivered within a week and the installation was to be a few weeks after. I was contacted the night prior to confirm the installation. Alex showed up around 900 to start the installation. He worked all day ... was courteous and very hard working!! It started to rain ... and he was working outside cutting the flooring and trim. I told him he could come back another evening to finish but he said it was fine ... and kept working! He did a great job ... and very happy with the flooring and the quality of work!! Definitely looking to use them again for other projects!

They were very helpful with recommendations during the quoting process, held to their quote and were able to install the next week. The installation process was incredibly fast and efficient - 3 days for our entire project. They cleaned up each night and were very prompt in morning, stayed late to help get the job done sooner (we asked them to finish quickly before holidays). I would hire them again.

Bekar and the crew were amazing. They arrived on time and early in the day. They stayed until the job was done (about 12 hours) to our satisfaction and everything cleaned up. The new floors went down over the old (40 years old) oak floors. Because the new floors are 3/4 of an inch thick, all the base moulding was removed and then replaced when the new floors were in place. I was skeptical that this could be done without damage either to the moulding or the wall but it was done and no damage. They put down new 1/4 round to finish the look. Now that it has been painted (it needed to be repainted) it looks great. Also, the detail work, around the fireplace hearth, where the new floors meet the ceramic tile of the kitchen floor, where the floors transition through archways with the living room, along the stairway, is fantastic. And guess what? All the squeaking associated with the old floors is gone! It's quiet when you walk from room to room. Thank you, Bekar and the guys.

They did a nice job. Every body that worked for Bekar knew what they were doing. They came in and worked immediately. They were very accommodating and considered us living in the home while they were working. They did a fantastic job. It was well worth what it costs.

Very professional, courteous and hardworking. Bekar spent time explaining the process and the various types of wood flooring. He brought us samples and we even visited the store to see more samples. There are lots of options to choose from for high quality hardwood. The price installation and material were cheaper than the 3 other quotes we received. He gave us an appointment shortly after we agreed to sign them on. On the day of installation his crew arrived on time. They worked meticulously, rarely spoke and were definitely experienced. The entire job took aprox 8 hours. The end result is gorgeous! All our visitors compliment us on the floors. We have more rooms to finish within the next few months and they'll definitely will be back! I would and have recommended them to friends and family. :)

Bakar saved my holidays! I had gotten an estimate from another flooring contractor who practically stood me up with $1000 of flooring sitting in my driveway. I made one phone call to set up an estimate and a few days later my floor was done. Bakar even helped me unload the pallet of flooring from my driveway during the estimate, even though at the time I had not even committed to their service. The job took 1 work day and it was about 500 square feet of flooring. They did an amazing job and after everything was done, they cleanup up and replaced everything just as it was before. I would highly recommend their service, they delivered when and how they said they would.

Bakar and his crew arrived on time and completed the job in one day. The hardwood floors were installed with a lot of attention to detail. The furniture in the two bedrooms was removed and returned without any damages. All of the areas look so elegant.

They were on time and finished the job in two days, as predicted. They work very hard, long days and are very good at what they do. If you use them, I would recommend you get them to cover your furniture because this is a very dirty,noisy job. I wish I had asked them since my furniture is very light. Still I would recommend them. They did a great job. Worth every penny.

Bekar is very responsive, easy to work with, and provides a good value. Of all the vendors that I inquired about, he was the first one to drive out to my house with samples to show me my options. He was flexible with the installation timing, and the work was done well. After the work was done, I noticed a problem with the threshold between the hardwood and our kitchen tile. Bekar offered a solution of installing a matching hardwood threshold strip at no charge. He came out himself when it was convenient to my schedule to install it and even gave me options as to which part of the whole hardwood strip I wanted to use for the threshold. Highly recommended.

The owner, Bekar, arrived with 3 young workers by 8:30 AM and were able to complete the project by 7PM. They used a laminate floor placed ontop of the original flooring. The owner left after setting up the work with me. The three workers were diligent about their work and showed considerable professionalism in what they did. One of the three workers was a young man from Philadelphia who was bilingual speaking English and Russian fluently as the other two workers where relatively new immigrants and did not speak English. One, I found out later was a former Ukranian soldier who had received considerable honors. I treated with Pizza and drinks for lunch and remained available the entire day to help with cleanup and guidance in moving furniture around the apartment. The owner, Bekar is a very tell, well spoken and knowledgeable gentleman. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Alex

I know it seems simple -- do what you say you're going to do, but in my experience that isn't always the case with contractors. Bekar was very accommodating to my schedule, told me he would call me an hour before we met and go over the job. He called me, we set up a time, he was right on time, came and measured, got all the information for the job and was very competitive. When I told him if we were to go with him we would need him to start right away, he was again accommodating and willing to work with me. I very much appreciated how professional he was and how accommodating he was. In the end, our general contractor's friend did us a favor and gave us an incredible break, but otherwise we would not have hesitated to go with Bekar and his team.

Bakar was very knowledgable and professional. Along with his employees, they worked straight through the day and finished 3 rooms, stairs, and a hallway. The price was great and the floors look amazing. We are very happy with the finished product and would recommend this company to friends and family.

Bekar came to my house on the same day we spoke--Labor Day. He was exceptionally responsive to my needs and time frame. He was willing to do whatever I needed and knew I was under a time crunch. I had a lot of furniture that needed to be moved and they did it. I had the job scheduled and done within 2 weeks. Bekar, owner, and his 2 installers came on a Saturday and completed everything in approximate 8 hours. Two rooms and hallway with molding. I was very impressed with the quality of their workmanship. They were all professional. Bekar is a nice guy, great sense of humor and easy to work with. I will use him again if I ever need any type of flooring in the future.

The floors look fabulous! The installers were very knowledgeable, very careful with my furniture, very neat, very respectful of my home and asked questions during the process to make sure they were doing things exactly how I wanted. They cleaned up and put everything back exactly as I asked.

We were in the middle of moving, and Bekar came out to our house to show us the samples. He was very friendly, and did not pressure us at all. His price was the best (by far) of any estimate we had received (about 3-4 other estimates). The men working with him were prompt and courteous, and left the house incredibly clean (the downstairs flooring was a two day job as we had ceramic tile to tear out). They installed about 1000 sq ft of laminate in 2 days. The carpet people were very friendly and efficient as well--they ripped out old carpeting and installed the new in about 5-6 hours. We were very pleased, and are planning on asking them to do tile in our kitchen. We have already had compliments on our laminate, which looks just like wood to me, and has a nicer texture (IMO). I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I had hardwood floor installed by LLB Flooring at my house. Team was very professional and they did the great job. The Floor still looks like new after 4 years.

The whole process started with a friendly conversation about what we needed, and what our budget could get us. It finished with a gorgeous floor for our Living room and Dining room. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish, and the finish product is a thing of beauty. Bekar and his team are a very detailed oriented crew, with their minds on their craftsmanship instead of concerning themselves with the clock. We would definitely recommend them and have to everyone who has seen the floor since it was done.

First time I used this company 7 years ago to install laminate floors for my apartment. They recommended me which laminate I should use to last longer and after 7 years it still looks like new one. Since they did very good job and I had very positive experience I decided to use same company for hardwood floors at my new house. The price quote was very affordable, I compared with 3 other estimates just for piece of mind :)). $12000 for 3000 sq feet excellent quality hardwood floors, you can't beat that! Besides that very professional and polite workers. They definitely know what they are doing. I keep recommending LLB flooring to all my friends since first experience in 2007 and all of them are very happy with the service and price.

We are very happy with the outcome of our new hardwood floors. The young men who installed our floors did an excellent job. they were courteous, and professional. Did an excellent job cleaning up. They cleaned the floor after they finished the install. I couldn't done it any better. Everyone loves our floors and continue to comment on the great job the installers did. I would definitely recommend these young men to anyone. My home has taken on a whole new look. I get up every day with a smile on my face. Thank you so much for a job well done.
