I need the floor installed in a hurry because my Mother was being released from a rehab facility after breaking her hip. LLB Flooring was able to install the floor on short notice. They came in and did an excellent job.

Bekar and his team redid the floors of our entire house (hardwood and carpet). We cannot say enough great things about them. Bekar has been so helpful, not only in the selection of materials but in so many different aspects as we were renovating our home. He always understood our needs and worked around what would be best for us. He was super accommodating and a pleasure to work with. He is extremely trustworthy and wanted to make sure we were happy. His team was also very flexible with timing and did an amazing job getting the work done quickly and efficiently. Bekar was also very responsive which was super helpful. We LOVE our new floors and couldn't be happier that we chose them as a vendor, truly the best vendor experience we've had. We will definitely use them again for our basement!

The service and finished product is excellent. The estimate was accurate and very reasonable. The service scheduling was very easy and punctual. We receive comments from everyone that walks in our house about how good our floors look. I would recommend LLB to anyone in the Greater Philadelphia area looking for a hardwood installer.

During our consultation, Bekar was on time and was very warm. My husband and I were very happy that he did not make us feel pressured into utilizing his team or steering us towards a more expensive option. On the day of the installation, three young men arrived and were very courteous and EXTREMELY efficient. Although we didn't speak much, I was very impressed with their work ethic and the respect they showed for our home. They worked straight through and completed the job beautifully in only 3 days!! Additionally, there was minor water damage on the first sub floor and instead trying to sell us more services in order to charge us an exorbitant amount of money to replace, Bekar recommended that it wasn't necessary. Being worry-warts, we decided to have their team replace the damaged plywood and were so relieved that Bekar was very fair with his pricing. On the final day of work, Bekar came by and inspected all the work. I would definitely recommend him and will be using his team again when we decide to update our kitchen floors and bedrooms! :)

I am an out of state homeowner with a tenant in my rental unit. Communication was quick. it took a couple days to make contact since I'm in California and they are in PA. They were flexible with scheduling which was great because I had to coordinate with my tenant. My tenant stated they were professional both during the estimate appointment and install and they cleaned up after themselves and were friendly. I only gave a "B" rating for professionalism because the first time I called the owner answered the phone with "yeah?" and I had to ask if I had contacted LLB Flooring to make sure I had the right number. My tenant was also worried the morning of the scheduled install because he hadn't called the day before or morning of to confirm he would be performing the work. I would definitely do business with them again and recommend to anyone in need of flooring help!

o LLB Flooring supplied the third estimate I researched to rip up and replace new hardwood flooring in my home. The settlement from my insurance company proved sufficient to have my home restored to normal, so I chose LLB. Bekar was trustworthy, honest, friendly and professional. He brought a few samples to my home, but suggested I come to Bustleton Avenue to choose from a larger selection. I found what I wanted, and arrangements were made to have the wood ripped up. On the day I decided to have the job begin, three young men showed up and got to work. They worked without stopping and in 3 1/2 days the job was completed. They cleaned up after themselves each day, and despite there being a little misunderstanding of English to Russian, we communicated quite well. One young man had a better command of English. On the last day, they followed my directions to place furniture back in place, and I was quite satisfied and pleased. I was so happy, after a 7.5 month ordeal, I called Bekar and became emotional as I thanked him for the job that his company and workers were able to do for me. LLB was recommended by a friend, and I definitely recommend them to anyone needing flooring in his/her home.

Bekar is a true pleasure to work with. He is patient, easy-going, and knowledgeable, particularly about hardwood. His team did a great job on the installation -- it looks beautiful and transformed the look of our house. Bekar even noticed that we had a problem with one of the pieces of our existing hardwood (it was damaged) -- in a room where we weren't yet replacing the wood -- and he asked his team to replace that one piece (using a fresh piece from under the stove) because he was concerned that someone (particularly one of our kids) might get a splinter. So nice! The carpet installation was also great. Can't recommend Bekar and his team enough!

Bekar was great to work with. He came to my condo and inspected my floor that was damaged due to flooding from a faulty hose from the washing machine. He provided me with samples and recommended a good quality wood in place of the bamboo flooring that was damaged. He was communicative through the entire process and started the work a day earlier than planned and finished it on time two days later. The work was beautifully done with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend them.

First, the proprietor of the store spent time with me going over my options. He did not coerce me into choosing an expensive option, and at first even recommended going with a tile floor if I could, for long-term durability--this despite the face his company doesn't do tile work! When I had trouble finding a tile contractor, I turned back to the carpet option. Bekar was always prompt in communicating with me. I visited their showroom and the choice of product was handled efficiently. He notified when they would come to do the installation and showed up on time to do it, and finished the job in a timely way. I recommend this company because I think they give you accurate information and deal with your job expeditiously.

The entire process was easy setup and was reasonably priced. They were happy to accommodate my crazy schedule and performed clean and nice looking work.

It took 4 days to transform my home.

In June 2015 our hot water heater finally decided it was time to meet it's demise, but not before going out with a bang....literally! The result was destroyed flooring in three rooms (LR, kitchen/dining, and laundry). We went through the whole "getting quotes" process from a number of different professionals, but for some reason we kept going back to LLB and more specifically Bekar who had come to our home and reviewed our needs and wants regarding flooring. While three rooms were impacted, Bekar was able to give us such an amazing deal that we added an additional two rooms. The kitchen/dining and cat room (which is right off the kitchen) were completed with a beautiful engineered wood floor, while the library was done in a similarly high quality wood laminate which matched the kitchen floor. Finally the laundry room was done in an amazing LVT that we otherwise would not have chosen, but are OHHHHH SOOOO glad that we listened to Bekar and made that choice. The products and choices are all amazing and one that we'd do again in a heartbeat. Now on to the three men who did the installing. All three were very professional and courteous, completed the job in the time that was indicated, and checked their work to make sure all was good before they left. They also came back an additional day to buff the kitchen/dining room floors to make sure they shined. One thing....being deaf I was not able to communicate well with any of the men, except with direct yes/no questions. However, I was able to text Bekar directly with any questions or comments and he would either immediately respond to me or to the men themselves depending on what our communication was about. This alone puts LLB at the top in my book because many other professionals would not go out of their way to ensure effective communication, especially in a method such as the one used. But Bekar made sure that not only we could communicate completely, but also that we were fully satisfied with both the product and work of his men. Bottom line, we would use LLB again in a heartbeat. Unfortunately the floors that they did were the last that needed to be replaced in our home. We would highly recommend LLB, and especially Bekar, for any flooring needs as they take pride in doing an exceptional job and ensuring that all clients are pleased with the outcome. Very professional, reasonable, punctual, considerate, and concerned with client satisfaction. Try them, you won't regret it!

This was my first experience with LLB Flooring (Bekar) and I could not have been more satisfied! I'm not even sure HOW I found him but I'm glad I did! Bekar and his crew were professional, timely and respectful. I do have not one complaint which is why I'm using him for my next upcoming project. LLB flooring did a great job on our living room with new hardwood floors. The price was just right. They are very professional and glad we choose their services. We are planning on getting hardwood floors for the bedrooms and redoing the kitchen and will def be using LLB again. We couldn't be more happier with their level of work. WONDERFULLY! We can't recommend these guys enough. They were fast, thorough, professional and the floors look exceptional. I was 8 months pregnant at the time and they worked around our schedule and our needs. We are SO happy with everything!

Nothing but professional in their estimates, their on site advice and their correspondence. The estimator actually talked me out of something that would cost more. I got several estimates and LLB was a great price. Once we committed to them they had the product delivered within a few days and it rested packaged in our dining room to acclimate to the house. The team arrived 72 hours later and worked with skill and professionalism, completing the job at the end of 2 VERY long days. They have a strong work ethic. They cleaned up all materials. We did not move any furniture, they did it all. I had been told by another estimating company to beware of companies that could get your floor to you pretty quickly? LLB got this job installed within 2 weeks of our ordering, without issue, so I would beware of companies that take a long time :-) because LLB made us entirely happy. Every day since I cannot help but say out loud how much I love the floors. Thank you to the LLB team!

Bekar is good. It went great. He has done work for me a couple or three times. I like Bekar. He's reliable. He generally points at things that need to be done. Companies come out. They just do the job and get off the job. He says we can do the job in any numbers of ways. He's thorough. I spent than more than I wanted but the quality of work was great.

Overall, we had an amazing experience working with Bekar and his crew. We visited the showroom where we picked out our hardwood floors and carpet. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. We got a great price on hardwood floors in a color that we love and durable high traffic carpet for the steps that has a 30 year warranty. The hardwood and carpet installation crew was extremely careful with the handling of our furniture over the course of the three days that the floors were being installed. They were efficient, trust-worthy, and hard working. I felt very comfortable with them working in our home, even on days that we couldn't be there. There was a mix-up with the color of the carpet on our steps and Bekar handled everything beautifully. He was patient and understanding and replaced the carpet within two weeks. My husband and I have hired a lot of contractors to do projects in our home and this was by far, the best experience yet. I wish that Bekar and his crew did more home renovation projects because we would choose him again and again!

It went very well! Vickar (I think that's how you spell it - sorry if that's wrong!!) was very responsive coming out to give a quote, was able to give me a quote the same day, explained the products, brought samples--all very efficient and straight forward. Once we made a decision he ordered the product right away, gave us the estimated wait time, called as soon as it was in and installed the floor two days later! Very professional and easy to work with. He said in the unlikely event we have any trouble with the floor in the future to just give him a call. I would recommend them to others and use them again for another flooring project!
