They are very thorough and organized. I’ll definitely continue to use their service going forward.

They were absolutely wonderful. They came out in groups of four and one of the four was the supervisor. They were terrific. They were friendly. They were great and did more than what was expected. They are really good. My house is a really old house and lots of things really need an extra touch. The bathrooms and everything was done really well. I had maids in the past as well but what they did was absolutely reasonable. I would rate them high overall. I would use them again in the future.

They have been cleaning my house for about a year now and I have never had an issue. Not even anything to call them to come fix. And yes, all the family jewels are still there! (A little humor.)

The staff showed up 1 hour late with 2 fewer people then we had been told yet trying to confirm the higher hourly rate. They did not clean shelves in closets or the fan blades. My wife and I spent a considerable amount of time cleaning things they just didn't do.

They didn't do a very good job. It didn't look that good when it was done. They left grease on the cabinets. It was $149.00 to clean the apartment that I moved in to, and $250.00 to clean the apartment I moved out of. They charge by the hour, and the amount of people that they have come out. In my case it was 3 people each time.

I would not recommend this company. The ladies were unprofessional and spent way to much time laughing and talking for the first 1/2 hour. They even played with some of the dog's toys. They did not follow a few simple instructions of what to clean and what not to clean in my office. The icing on the cake however, was when they cleaned my daughters' rooms; they threw out over 50 items that were clearly not trash. I had to dig through all of the trash to recover these items, otherwise they would have been gone forever. These included pants, socks, underwear, toys, new books, bookmarks, a Girl Scout certificate (no crumpled), new jewelry (still on the package), etc. The cleaning itself was good, but I don't want people in my house that aren't professional and have no regard for our possessions.

Did a nice job overall. I had to make sure that they moved the dining chairs to clean under them and my child's tiny table. They aren't big on picking items up to clean under it. They do keep notes on my specifications so that I don't have to tell them more than once. I like that they use environmentally friendly products.

EMPLOYEES SENT HAD LIMITED ENGLISH COMPREHENSION AND LANGUAGE SKILLS. TOO MANY PEOPLE SENT; HAD UP TO 8 IN THE HOUSE. FELT LIKE THEY WERE EVERYWHERE AND THERE WAS NO ROOM TO JUST SIT. FELT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE WITH SO MANY PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE. FOR THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE THERE, I FELT CLEANING WAS NOT WHAT IT SHOULD BE.

I CALLED THEM BECAUSE THE CLEANER I HAD BOOKED DID NOT SHOW. I HAD CLOSING ON MY HOME IN 4 HOURS. THEY SENT OUT A TEAM OF 4 AND A SUPERVISOR. THEY DID A VERY THROUGH, VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB IN 1.5 HOURS. PROMPT SERVICE IN AN EMERGENCY. POLITE AND REASONABLY PRICED.
