Before getting in touch with ProFenceDeck I had already met with several fence companies over about 2 months time. I did a lot of research myself beforehand so I could be a relatively educated consumer. The first time I met with Sergi, I immediately had a good feeling and was already leaning towards having him do the job based on a gut feeling and price. Sergi has an easy going way so I immediately felt comfortable with him. I didn't decide right away (actually it took about another few weeks or so), because I was "on the fence" about what type of fence I wanted to go with. I was in contact with Sergi several times while I was trying to make my decision and what I liked about him was he put no pressure on me and still continued to answer my questions and concerns. That was very important to me because often when a sales person knows your uncertain, they will try to push, or you start to sense an impatience. Sergi took time to explain things to me in detail and he even came out to meet with me a few times, bringing samples and again never showed any impatience with my indecision. If anything he was helpful. He's appeared to be very knowledgeable and his easy demeanor was what made me be able to make what was a difficult decision for me. The guy who assisted him with installing the fence was also a very nice guy. They seemed to work well together. The job was completed in the estimated amount of time and when the job was completed,they made sure the area was cleaned up. I did have a small concern or two while the job was being done and even after it was complete but Sergi was always responsive and very accommodating and in the end I was satisfied. He did a nice job and the fence looks great. I've gotten a lot of compliments on it and I know it was not the easiest job to do because of the irregular landscape.

It was an excellent job and we couldn't have been happier with the result.

I Contacted Sergei about installing a split rail fence and he scheduled estimate in a timely manner. He was punctual and showed up on time. He gave me a quote of 2000 and he would also get it installed with in a month. I hired him and he was ahead of his one month schedule. He worked through a severe rain storm and stayed late to get the job accomplished in the two days that he quoted me. He kept me informed through out the whole process. I would recommend him to anybody. .

Sergei came out to give an estimate soon after I made the initial call. The estimate was clear and drawn out so it was well explained. The work was done quickly and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction.
