They came and installed the fence pretty quickly considering a neighbor recently got a similar job done and it lasted them 3 days. They came around 11am and were finished by dinner time. Everything went smoothly. The area was left clean.

Sergei and his assistants dug out and hauled away our former (chain link) pool fence. The odd angle of the land surrounding our pool presented a challenge. Fortunately, though, Sergei placed extra support in an exactly correct configuration so that the fence is both sturdy and attractive – all at a reasonable price. He and his workers were polite and accommodating. We are glad that we chose ProFenceDeck, so we highly recommend this business.

We hired ProFenceDeck to readjust our fence line by relocating a large portion of our existing 6 foot cedar fence (approximately 150 linear feet) to our property boundaries. There were several challenges to the job because part of our property is located on a rocky slope. Additionally, we had a large dead tree that needed to be cut down and a large amount of existing brush and debris from the surrounding properties that had to be cleared. Despite the various challenges, too many to name them all, Sergi and his helper did a fantastic job. They were undeterred by the many obstacles of the job, completed everything to our satisfaction and even came up with some creative ideas to keep us within our budget for the project. We are quite pleased.

Due to a severe windstorm I needed a section of solid board fence replaced. I contacted the provider and he responded immediately. He asked me to send him detailed photographs of the broken fence which I did. He provided a quote of $75 if I could wait for him to be in my area, or $250 if I wanted him to come out same week. For me, I am not quite sure what the extreme disparity was since he is literally 2 towns over from where I live, but, I was happy at his response time and was willing to pay the extra cost. As indicated he did come out and fix the fence which he did so in about an hour and for all intents and purposes did a fine job. There was a header that he failed to bring with him to finish the job and had indicated he would be back in the month of March. I had contacted him repeatedly and he kept assuring me that he would be out. The final contact he told me he was out of the country and would be back after April 11......which he has still failed to do..... Ironically another section of the fence blew down and I contacted another company. They came out same week and charged me $100 to fix. Unfortunately, this contractor once he received payment in full upfront was non responsive and has left me with a job not complete.

Sergi gave me an estimate the same day I called. He took one look at my yard and knew what to do. Gave me a price that I agreed with and showed up two weeks later to do the work. He knocked it out of the park! Did the work himself in one afternoon. He tore out the old fence and quickly removed it. We did have an issue with missing two pieces, but no worries, he went back and got them and finished the job the same day. My wife and I can't be happier with the work and the look of our new fence. If we ever move, and the new house needs a fence, I'm calling Sergi first!

We were happy with Sergi from the beginning. He responded to our email quickly. In just a few days, he came out to see us to show and explain a number of options. We went with a red cedar shadow box. He and his crew arrived on the agreed date and did a fantastic job. They were professional, courteous, and fast. Sergi is a skilled craftsman and takes great pride in his work. We have a section of fence along the street (West) side of our yard that is 6 foot for privacy. It eventually meets up with a four foot fence (North side). Our previous fence simply dropped from 6' to 4' at the corner and never really looked right. Sergi designed and built a transition that created a smooth line. It ended up creating a nice focal point in the yard. We are very happy with the job. It exceeded our expectations and then some. Sergi is coming back in a few weeks to stain the fence for us We would highly recommend Sergi/ProFenceDeck LLC.

Went well, took longer than expected to get work started (seems to be norm for me), I had to get my own permit (also had to do for other jobs). Serge asked a couple times about my satisfaction and I didn't mention a couple things since they weren't a huge deal for me but since this is a review I will disclose. First problem that I had was that the dirt that was dug up for the post was left on property leaving me another project to do, cleaning it all up. My house is on a small lot, a townhome, not large single backing up to woods or anything so the volume of dirt was significant. I had some unevenness in my yard so thought that the dirt could fill it but it was much more than I thought and covered half of the grass left on the side of my house. I only mention it because for some this could be a problem and you should discuss disposal of this dirt prior to job if it's a problem for you. Also I got the fence so that my dog couldn't get out. He is 10 lbs and there was a gap left in one area that I needed to close with some edging. Overall, Serge is highly recommended. He was very responsive, and communicative (rare in my experience). Always responded in a timely fashion and was very professional, which was much appreciated. The fencing job looks beautiful and I am very happy with it and have received lots of compliments about it. Was all done in a day. Thank you Serge!

Of the four fencing contractors I reached out to for an estimate, Sergi was one of only two to respond and the only one to actually provide me with an estimate. The estimate itself was reasonable and about what I had expected for the work requested. At every point in the processes, from the estimate to planning to instillation Sergi was always available and got back to me within a couple of hours. He was quick to address any concerns I had and was easy going and receptive when it came to a couple of very last minute changes I had requested. The quality of the work was impeccable and I was very impressed with the finished product. The only con I had was the pallet of fencing materials that Sergi ordered had to be staged in my driveway for about a week before the work could be completed. This was unsightly and a minor inconvenience as I could not park my car in the driveway during that time. But, in the grand scheme of things, this was a relatively minor issue and one that was understandable. I would highly recommend ProFenceDeck and will be using Sergi in the future when I replace the rest of my fencing.
