MVI Cleaning Services

Description of Work: Ivone returned my call and came to my home on the same day I initiated the request for a quote. I was able to get a cleaning scheduled within 2 weeks, just before Christmas and prior to my family coming in. They did a great job doing a "move in" clean (2 girls, 6 hours) on a 70 year old house, some things hadn't been touched by the previous owners. Will definitely consider using them again for monthly upkeep services to help me out in between.

Description of Work: Great! Just great. They called me back quickly, came when they said they would and most importantly did an absolutely amazing job deep cleaning our house. We will be setting up regular cleanings. And both Yvonne & her husband are very nice people. And the two young women who did the cleaning were terrific.

Description of Work: I called and didn't even leave a message but Yvonne called me back immediately. I was going to call back in hopes of getting alive person but she called me back. Great! We spoke and I told her where I live and that I was looking for a full house cleaning at the moment. I live in West Chester area, she does not handle my are but a family member (I think) of hers, Mario, handles this neck of the woods. She coordinated an appointment time for Mario to come to my home (Friday at 11:30) and give me an estimate for a top to bottom house cleaning. Mario came perfectly on time. I was impressed. We went through my house and I was given an estimate of approximately $700. I was thrilled with the level of cleaning that I could expect. (I have a cleaning person but she doesn't do everything.) I agreed to the amount and we scheduled a date. Later that day, I remembered I had a previous commitment that day that I could not cancel. I called the next morning (Saturday am) and left a message that I would need to re-schedule. No response. So, I called again (Monday afternoon) and left a message on both cell and land-line that I had called Saturday but had not heard back and that if I didn't hear back that I would have to look for another service. Mario called back promptly. It seemed that he did not get the message. So, I accepted that. It can happen. I offered a couple alternative dates, Mario said he would check the schedule and call me back either that night or the next day. I never heard from him again. I thought of calling again but I just couldn't. If this is how they respond, I am not interested. And I was so looking forward to their services. Very disappointed.

Description of Work: As notes by another, I got the runaround They did not return my phone call with a definitive time to come out. I got "my brother is coming out Tuesday or Saturday or some other day"' or you " you didn't agree to our $30/hour rate" I had questioned the rate but then agreed to it. No one ever showed up. No one ever had the courtesy to say we're too busy now or don't want to do your house. Very unprofessional.....whatever comeback they will make, they always had an excuse and were always coming the next day, Sigh.

Description of Work: The manager and entire staff were extremely detail oriented and they clearly had a good plan in place for cleaning my entire home. Ceiling to floor. Our house looked and smelled amazing. We put the house on the market 2 days later and it sold!!! They did the windows inside and out. They were kind and hard working. A real pleasure to have in my home I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing a really thorough cleaning. Everything sparkled and they left behind the remaining cleaning products and a washed bag of rags for easy cleanup afterwards. Any Realtor out there? Recommend this service to your clients putting their house on the market. The money is well worth it! Extremely satisfied!! Carol
