By NOT calling Angie's list. Out of respect for myself an my family full details will not be disclosed at this time however they will be fully disclosed in a Sworn Affidavit when necessary,BBB, an Scam Alert will also have a copy. I hope Angie's List can convince them to do the right thing soon,I trusted Angie's List an now these people have my address, Don't be fooled by the nice lady who answers the phone.

The cleaners did an excellent job. The price was way too expensive for the work that was performed. Also, the company did not even follow up with a call to see if I was happy with their service. And lastly, we were told one time when we agreed to the service and then was called to say that they would show up at a different time, which was fine. However, the workers showed up almost 2 hours after the final agreed upon time.

MV Cleaning Service's service turned out okay. I guess, they were responsive- easily scheduled. I would use this provider again if I needed.

The first job they did was amazing; the second was very good, but took longer. These people are speedy, accommodating and hard-working and nice to deal with. Communication about scheduling the second visit was bumpy, but they finally came and did a good job.

They did a wonderful job. They could not get the whole house done in the one hour promo, but I would like to have them back to do the rest, and then on a regular basis.

The team did an amazing job cleaning my house. They were efficient, thorough and paid attention to detail. I also had 2 bedrooms painted and a living room wall. Alex did a fantastic job and worked tirelessly to finish the job in a day. I am very pleased with the service from this company and will be using them in the future. Highly recommend!

It went well and the windows were clean as a whistle. One problem the windows in sunroom were not locked down at the screen - my cat pushed out the screen and ran outside. He did come back after an hour or so

This was my first time using a housecleaner and had planned on once or twice a month cleaning if the initial deep clean was satisfactory. Unfortunately, it was not. For the price of $335 to clean a 2 bed, 2 bath condo, I expected everything to be spotless. The windows were not cleaned with Windex and when I asked the owner about this, I was told "cleaning windows is not included in the price of deep cleaning." ?? I would think that this would be included in even a weekly clean. There were many other spots that were missed, such as sticky spots on the kitchen floor, grime on light switches and sticky spots remaining on kitchen counters. The price originally quoted was for 4-5 hours of deep cleaning using 2 people (totalling 8-10 hours). 3 people came (and my husband said the cleaners who came were all friendly and nice) but they only stayed 2.5 hours at most (totalling 7.5 hours) - when I arrived home 2.5 hours later they had already left (so I'm not sure how long they were actually there). Needless to say, I will be trying a different cleaning service next time.

They did a one time cleaning. They are very good and very happy with everything.

They did such a great job! My house has NEVER been so clean. Even little details that I wouldn't have thought they would clean were sparkling. Also, unlike other cleaning services that I contacted for an estimate, they were responsive to my call, were on time and communication was great in between setting up the estimate and the actual day of cleaning. Good customer service is just as important as doing the actual job. I thought I just needed help getting the house to a level of clean that I could maintain myself but after seeing how nice my house looks I will be having MV Cleaning come out regularly. They do a much better job than I do! And their prices are great for what they do. I have recommended them to several friends.

MV Cleaning has exceeded my wildest expectations. They are so professional, and pay such attention to fine detail. It is the little things, like rearranging the soaps in the shower, the organizing of my desk, and my Blue Ray collection. I come home and it feels like a new house every two weeks. I look forward to it!
