[at my requuest] I'm getting ready to put my house on the market and every nook and cranny needed a professional touch. I'm very happy and will certainly use them again as I get closer to my selling date!

Description of Work: I initially reached out to MV Cleaning based on previous Angie's List reviews. We had a cleaning person for several years but her quality of service was inconsistent and continued to deteriorate despite multiple conversations about it. After researching several cleaning services, I contacted three. MV was the first to respond to my inquiry (within a couple hours of the email sent through Angie's List). I set up a time when Ivone, the owner, came to our house to give me an overview of what she would do and an estimate of the cost. We discussed a deep cleaning the first go around to set up the baseline. She came with two other workers and cleaned our house from top to bottom. It took 15 or so man hours but was done impeccably. We continued with bi-weekly cleaning. Her workers are thorough and professional. The place is always clean when they are finished. We are picky about cleaning as is Ivone. She understands the difference between superficially cleaning and really cleaning. She also gave us great advice about cleaning supplies. We provide everything so as to not have outside grime coming into our house. She also fixed our Dyson vacuum for no charge. We have been using MV for about 4 months now with no complaints. I highly recommend her. You might find someone cheaper, but not someone better.

As long as my home continues to sparkle like that I will continue to use their services. Do not hesitate to schedule an appointment you will not be disappointed!!!

Description of Work: I was looking for someone to clean my house. I spoke with someone to get a general idea of their prices. They were less than respectful. The person I was talking to was not willing to hear what I was looking for in a cleaning service. Instead, she just told me what she did. When I asked questions, she sounded annoyed and said that she didn't think this would be workable. I just hung up!!

Ivonne came out to my home and gave me an estimate on cleaning which was tailored to my needs and accurate. The team that cleans my home always gets the job done in a timely manner so I know what to expect every week. I find MV, its management and employees to be very trustworthy, professional and friendly.
