Description of Work: The MV Cleaning company quoted a window cleaning job in advance after visiting the house. When he returned 30 days later because he said the recently painted windows need to cure for several weeks before cleaning. He washed the windows, he did not want to scrape off paint that was on some of the pains from the recent painting. I gave him razors blades and he scraped the paint. He said storm & screen windows which were already removed by the painter were not included in the cleaning. I insisted that they were included and he did a half way job of cleaning them. Several windows in the front of the house had a haze which he claimed was a worn glass finish. I took a razor blade and scraped several windows clean which showed they were not worn. I said he needed stronger detergent and to scrape, he refused. He did not attend to the haze on the windows which was clearly removable. I paid him the agreed upon price and clearly told him I was not satisfied. He left. My mistake was that since this was such a little job by a cleaning service, I should have still asked for a written agreement specifying the details. I was not satisfied with this contractor and would certainly not recommend him.
