 + -1 moreI have used this service with Ivonne and her excellent crews for years. I've had house cleaners for over 30 years and they are, without a doubt, the very best I have ever used (and I am Italian so I know what real cleaning looks like). They are thorough, friendly, honest, responsible, and will flex with my schedule when I need to skip or add a session from my usual every other week spot. Be aware, Ivonne will recommend that the first session is a very thorough clean (mine was five hours long and worth every penny) so her crew can keep that level of clean maintained. They are priced mid-range so they are a good value for the money. Lastly, I fairly frequently have overnight guests and I have gotten many compliments over the years that my house is "spotless" and "we could eat off your floors!" I always give full credit to my awesome cleaning service. I will use no other!

 + -1 moreI would definitely recommend them. They were great. I was going into the hospital for surgery, and I needed my kitchen and my bathrooms cleaned. They said they would also do some dusting in the living room, in which I will say they did not do. But my two bathrooms and my kitchen was spotless. The other stuff and I honestly can't remember what they were going rather than dusting. But they did vacuum, nothing was dusted, which I was a little upset about. But other than that, I would definitely recommend them. I don't remember the cost of service; it might be lower, it might be higher. They did what I called them to do what they said they would do, in addition, they didn't kind of do. But they did do what I called them for.

Description of Work: Elaine's 2-person crew went right to work on a newly emptied room. They washed the three (2008) "new" tilt-in windows, floors, woodwork, doors, cleaned the walls, bookcase, the only furniture staying, and the small closet. This was important as our daughter has allergies. The room is ready for paint. Excellent job! HBB

There was not enough time for them to complete the cleaning of the entire house, as I had a really long list and the house is large. There are three bedrooms that were not able to be cleaned in the four hours, but I was not disappointed due to my list being so long as I stated earlier. I would definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreI didn't like them. I was going into surgery so I needed my house cleaned. I needed my kitchen and bathrooms especially cleaned. They did an okay, but not exceptional job. They did a pretty good job in the kitchen and a decent job in the bathrooms. But as the next few days went by, things that were supposed to be dusted weren't dusted. Things that were supposed to be picked up weren't picked up. I would never use them again. They could do what they said they were going to do.

 + -1 moreThe painter was not a MV Cleaning Services employee. They used a 3rd party contractor to perform the services. They were very nice guys but there was confusion from the beginning on what work they were to perform and the time frame it was to be done for the price I paid. I completely prepared the rooms for painting, moved all furniture myself, removed all light switch covers and draped/protective covering of all areas and supplied all paint. They were late to the job but very nice & professional. The quality of the work was just not good and they did not complete the job. Rooms they did paint they missed areas/sections; areas around light switches done poorly, edging was done poorly and multiple drip marks etc... They also got paint on my newly installed hardwood floors and didn't clean it up.

That did not interfere with anything. When they left, it felt and smelled like spring. I would definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreThey were very friendly and went right to work. They do a great job! Every screen was removed and hand washed. All windows were squeaky clean! The sills were really black and the tracks were even filled with debris and all were cleaned to pristine conditions. They did a great job!
Description of Work: Window washing: 21 Windows and hand washing of screens, 1 Bay window and 3 doors including 3 storm doors. They did a great job and fit me in very fast. They are very friendly and professional, and I enjoyed meeting them. Their communication was excellent and they were very accessible. The windows were cleaned really well, the debris was all removed from the sills and the sills and tracks were cleaned. All screens were removed and hand washed with a garden hose, soap, and washcloth. The price was a good price. I don't want to give it an "A" because I don't feel the price was incredibly low, but with the $199 deals on windows out their (not including screens doors and bay window), I thought $310 was very fair if not a bit better than fair, which is why I put a "B". I would pay this price again and hire them again.

Description of Work: Weekly Cleaning - Excellent Job always consistent. Even changes Cat Liter per request ! Still using the service almost 2 years ! Also completes special projects as requested. As an example cleared out closet and laundry room, took trash to cans and took out to curb a little at a time for the larger trash, super cleaned and painted. Done so well and each team member is a natural perfectionist. And upon request as a special request, put in cabinets and did exactly what I requested. They made sure it was perfect without any need for me to micromanage. They went back and forth to Home Depot to make sure materials were correct from counter top to screws ! Saved me money with a beautiful wood counter top that I love ! Cleaned an old laundry sink- (18 yrs old)- I was going to replace- sink turned out to shinning perfection so I didn't have to replace it. Completely trustworthy and professional.
