I have used MV Cleaning Service for the past 15 years. I started using Eliane Carneiro, one of the owners of MV, when my youngest son was an infant. I have been extremely happy with her work, as well as the work of all of the people she has used to help her over the past 15 years. In addition to their professionalism, they are wonderful people. Their cleaning services are absolutely amazing. My house is always immaculate after they leave and that is no easy feat since I have 3 kids and a dog. They are friendly, responsive and as honest as anyone who has ever entered my house. In addition to weekly cleaning services I have used MV for larger cleaning projects; closet organization; etc.. I have been very happy with the results of everything they have done. I can confidently recommend MV for any Cleaning project or service, without hesitation.
Description of Work: I use MV Cleaning Services on a weekly basis to clean my house. I have a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath house. MV cleans all rooms, washes or vacuum's all the floors, changes all the linens and does anything else requested.

MV promptly returned my call. They arrived on time for the estimate and were very professional but friendly. they were very truthful in estimating the cost which I appreciated as there were no surprise at the end. They arrive promptly on the day of cleaning and worked diligently throughout the day. This was my first experience with MV and I needed a thorough cleaning as I have not had good service from other cleaning services for sometime. I feel so very comfortable in the house because I know it is clean even in places it doesn't show.
Description of Work: MV performed a complete housecleaning from top to bottom. Every room of the house was completely cleaned including window interiors, base boards, ceiling fans, carpets, furniture. Bathrooms were immaculate. All hardwood floors were clean and polished. They did an outstanding job. I haven't been able to find someone to clean like this in years. I couldn't have done a better job if I had cleaned myself and I am very fussy and picky about my home.

Description of Work: I wanted a BIG CLEANING done in my house. Floors to ceiling...everything....I have three floors one and a half baths. I asked that the bathroom on the second floor get a lot of attention-it's big- lots of tile and grout and a washer and dryer in there lots of lint...Well it sparkles..it is soooo clean. My house has never been this clean..never, they cleaned EVERYTHING! I have two dogs-there was not one dog hair left in the house when they finished!

Before Ivone and her crew comes for the biweekly cleaning, they do one full cleaning. I don't think my house has ever been so clean. For the full cleaning, they scrubbed down my entire house. They even washed my shower curtain and the area rugs around my house. My oven is spotless and even the kettle that was caked in grease on my stove was sparkling clean. They even organized some of my clutter during the first cleaning. You really could have done the white glove test. This cleaning took about 6 hours. Ivone will call you and go over the bill and so you know what you're paying for and what they did. Actually, I was using a different cleaning service that I found on Angie's List which was almost double the cost of what I pay with MV Cleaning and it wasn't nearly as clean. My floors were still sticky and things weren't even moved for dusting. Ivone came in and did her own "white glove" test and showed me what should have been cleaned. I'm very happy with the service I receive from MV Cleaning. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: I have a small row home, approx. 980 sq. feet. MV Cleaning now comes to my house every two weeks which costs approx. $100 for each routine cleaning (about 2 hours). They do it all - floors, dusting, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. but they do it meticulously well. Two ladies came to clean and they were both very nice. I believe it'll be the same team coming each week.
