Showed up at the time specified on the date specified with a four person crew. Worked non-stop for 7 hours, and performed an incredible ceiling to floor cleaning job on all the rooms in the house. The price seemed high at first, but after seeing the attention to detail and thoroughness -- moving all furniture, removing all cushions and vacuuming IN the furniture, vacuuming inside the baseboard heaters, etc. -- the price was not only fair, but quite reasonable. We have established a cleaning contract with Mauro and his crew, and it is a comfort to come into a spotless home every two weeks. The two week rate is very reasonable, and my wife and I consider it money well spent.

Given all of the glowing reviews here, I thought it was important to get my story on here asap. Unfortunately, one of Ivone's employees committed the worst offense a housecleaner can do, she stole from us! Last week, we discovered that a fraudulent check in the amount of $2,100 was cashed. After some very brief investigation, it was crystal clear who did this based on a second fraudulent charge we found in our account with the offender's name on it. Ivone has been sympathetic, but her initial denials and lack of proper employee screening (?) have left me very upset. This actually was the third strike against MV Cleaning as we had previously "forgiven" two other mistakes. The first was when we returned from a vacation to find our front door ajar, since they did not close it all the way when leaving! On another occasion, one of Ivone's girls left the entire set of keys (to all of their accounts) locked in my house and needed to come back the next morning to pick them up! All in all, beware everyone. If you are an existing client, check your belongings! If you are a prospective new client, be careful... We were always happy with the actual work, but our trustworthiness is completely shattered.

I was completely satisfied that every surface in every room had been cleaned and polished, especially since I had been disappointed in previous cleaning companies I had hired in the past. This company addressed every detail and I am looking forward to them coming back every two weeks to keep it sparkling. Excellent job and very friendly staff.

I called 5 cleaning services from Angie's List back in September when I was going back to work after having my 2nd baby. Ivone was the only one who called me back, even the same day when she was on vacation in Brazil. She walked through our entire house letting me know all they would do and explained that they do a deep clean before the weekly or bi-weekly cleaning. She was very professional and friendly. On the day of the deep clean, 2 cleaners came on time and spent 6 hours doing a serious deep clean. Baseboards, window sills, blinds, cabinets, inside appliances, floors...everything. They even opened the windows to clean the dirt out from beneath the windows. They moved furniture to get every inch of our house. We had a bathroom that I was embarrassed about because the shower floor was so nasty. Somehow they managed to get rid of the dark stain after I had tried scrubbing it numerous times. The house was immaculate when they were finished and it smelled so fresh. We had a previous cleaner who used some type of home-made cleaning mixture that didn't leave a nice clean scent. They could not even compare to Ivone's team. The price was not bad at all compared to the services they provided. And the coupon was a nice benefit that Ivone reminded me about. Since they did such a fabulous job with the deep clean, we decided to hire them for bi-weekly cleanings. Ivone worked with me on the price as I decided to only have certain unused rooms cleaned once/month to lower the price. We established a day and time that worked best. Ivone explained that they do not bring their own chemicals because everyone has their favorites. She gave me list of suggestions and even helped explain why our hardwood floors would show marks when walked on with bare feet. We were using the wrong product. Now they never show smudges with a little vinegar and water. She explained that they use your vacuum because they don't want to bring other people's dust into your house. That makes a lot of sense and now I wouldn't want it any other way. In the 6 months that we have now had them, they have not once been late or canceled. We even asked them to come one additional week after Christmas and they accommodated that request. I have never been so pleased with a cleaning company. The cleaners are friendly and get right to work when they arrive. They really go above and beyond. For example, they fold our towels with a fancy fold, they sometimes make a little rose at the end of the toilet paper, they always make our bed and daughter's bed and have even made the bed in a room that they were not cleaning that week. Even if a bed was not made at all, they would make it for us. We have a Labrador retriever who sheds like no other. Our house is spotless when they leave. Our stainless is sparkling, our hardwood floors shine. They are exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Trustworthy, reliable, hard working, pleasant and they do wonderful work. They have a process that is extremely efficient. People always say that cleaners never clean as well as you would, but I would say that Ivone's team cleans better most people clean their own house.

Mauro came out to give me an approximate quote a week before. A team of 4 people came as scheduled and cleaned my house-I mean everything-from ceiling fans (they even removed the light fixtures and cleaned them) to baseboards and floors (both hardwood and linoleum). I had had the carpets cleaned professionally a week before so they did not need to do that. They were GREAT! I just tried to stay out of their way. I have a big house, and it has never looked so clean; I mean this most sincerely. I totally recommend them!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Ivone came out and looked through the house and described what she would do. I liked that she told me what she would do, not asking me what she should do. She is a professional. I really liked that she said she likes to pay attention to the details, so I hired her to do the deep cleaning. When she says she likes the details, she really pays attention to them! My house has NEVER felt this clean! I've had cleaning services in the past but none have ever covered every nook and cranny like MV did. I am truly impressed. I say that this cleaning was worth every penny! They moved furniture out of the way and cleaned behind. My son even said that "these guys are keepers" because they found things that we thought were long lost. I highly recommend MV cleaning for a deep cleaning service. If their weekly cleaning services live up to their deep clean, I'll be with them for a very long time!

They did a fantastic job. They were hard working, friendly, and really paid attention to detail. They did everything I could of asked.

This was a very frustrating experience. I needed to hire a cleaning service due to an injury and doctor's orders to stay off my feet for several weeks. The fact that she didn't show up, didn't call me back like she said she would in 45 minutes, and then never responded to my messages suggests this service is quite unreliable. Some other folks who offered reviews said they had problems with reliability. But so many other reviews were very positive -- glowing, in fact, so I decided to give them a try. Now my house will go another week without a cleaning because she spaced out on our appointment.

I plan to to continue using their service. They do excellent work. If I could give them an A+ across the board, I would!

They were great the first cleaning was astronomical! My house sparkle more than I have ever seen!

I asked Ivone to come to my Delaware house for an estimate and her response was very bad. I called her twice but there is no response

They do excellent cleaning work. Their time management including scheduling and showing up when they promise is delightful. We have an arrangement for 9:30 every Friday morning. Sometimes they come at 2:30 or 1:30 which I find inconvenient. They don’t seem to take the time as serious as I do but the cleaning is good. They are expensive.

They did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I called Ivonne and she quoted me a price. She went through the house and told me what needed to be cleaned and would be cleaned. She also said they would clean my closets and my basement if i wanted them to. She then gave me a list of cleaning products so when she comes back they will always be available for the crew. They came on time and cleaned the house from top to bottom.They did not leave until I checked to make sure I was happy with their work. They were so good I hired them to come back every two weeks.

The owner Ivonne and her team were very thorough and impressive in their attention to detail. As a matter of fact, we were so impressed that we hired them to continue cleaning our house on a regular schedule. Her team is punctual and very professional. I trust MV cleaning without reservations to come into our home and perform their services, knowing that everything will be done properly and the way we like it.

Ivonne, the owner, visited our home and reviewed our requirements. She provided a quote which we thought was fair and in line with the market. Her 2-person cleaning team arrives on schedule, brings their own vacuum cleaner and other equipment and they do a thorough job of cleaning a rather large home. They come every two weeks. We are very satisfied with MV service after testing two other services.

4 people arrived at agreed upon time. They spent the entire day scrubbing dusting cleaning shining. My place sparkled inside and out.

The owner of the service estimated 6 hours for my initial cleaning experience and they were here for 9 because "they were not finished yet" and wanted the house to be totally clean. They arrived punctually; four members of the service cleaned for most of the day and as I stated above, my house has never been so clean.

I researched recently on a few cleaning companies; several companies replied, and I decided to go with them. Overall, they have been good. I pay $25 an hour. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

They came out immediately and gave us an estimate and returned to perform the work right on time. Extremely thorough and professional...

I have had this company clean twice. The first time was for a thorough cleaning and I believe I had four workers here for most of the day. They did a wonderful job. The second time, I did not have the whole house cleaned--but only the rooms that are being used. Again, they did an outstanding job. They even get the cobwebs high in the corners of my 2-story foyer. I am not an easy person to please when it comes to cleaning--I have been through many cleaning services, and housecleaners in 20 years and this is only the third one I've found with which I am totally happy. They will be coming to clean again tomorrow and I hope to have the same degree of satisfaction with that cleaning.

It went well enough for me to engage them for a biweekly service.My bathrooms looked new as did my wood floors. They suggested different products which worked much better than my previous cleaning service which worked out much better. It's a family company and they work very well together.

They were right on the schedule. Ms. Ivone Mariani began this service twenty two years ago. I called and asked for some help. She came to my house and sat down with us. We told her about what we wanted but she too looked around. We decided the things that she would do and all has been good ever since they came. We had our fiftieth wedding anniversary that was coming up on the 12th of August and we wanted to get it done by then. So, it began in the middle of July. We agreed that they would ordinarily come out on every other week basis but because of the fact that we wanted the house to be in order for the 12th of August, they came out a couple of times which was not ordinary. We had our windows and doors washed as a part of the special services that cost $25 per hour. There were also some other things that were done that were also charged $25 per hour and there were three people that were hired for that. Now, we have two young women that come out every other week and they charge $120 for each week. When they come in, they come in and they get right to work. They do a very fine job. Our towels, clothes and the other things were never this shinning. They do a nice job.

I liked them so much I have them in every second week to keep the house looking good.

.They bring their supplies and I pay for them, and they gave me an Angies List coupon only because I brought it up. They seem to work and seem to be thorough. They are reasonable. There are no contracts. I don’t interact with the workers. I met the owner and her name is Ivone. I have not left them the key to my home yet. But I have given them a security code. I feel fairly comfortable with that and that too because they have been referred in Angies List. I will continue to use their services for a little while then I will end going once a month. I will need them only once a month from the Fall. Although I have not let them into all the rooms, I will allow them to clean the other rooms too and that is going to be different fees. The price seems to be good. She seems to be very open, very understanding. Everything was written down which I really like and I think all that was written we discussed and agreed upon. She was willing to come up with liability contract that they wanted. As of right now I will continue using their services.

This company is excellent. I loved them. Ivone came the week before and did a walk through my home. Explaining what she can do and how her company works and what it would cost. I was a little embarrassed as she thoroughly checked the window blinds base boards and tops of the doors. She was very nice never made me feel bad. I followed her advice and hired her company to do the "spring cleaning" where they moved all the venture, cleaned everything. They arrived right on time . Truly a "family company" Ivone, her husband and her daughter. I was not disappointed when I came home. They did a wonderful job my house is so clean. They cleaned better than I do. The bathrooms and kitchen sparkled, and the bedrooms there was no hint of dust or dog hair ( quite a feat with a dog) They dusted all and cleaned all the air vents and window blinds and got stains off the walls. They even cleaned my dog's bed( a very hairy german shepherd) . I am hiring this company to do biweekly cleaning. Pricing is very reasonable for this as well to maintain the clean. Loved her and her husband and her daughter who worked so h****** my home. Highly recommend this company
